Room very sparse very cold difficult to get heating on had to go to reception to sort ! No cupboard or drawers ! Can’t get ITV on tele disgusting breakfast in a box got a cheek to charge 85 quid for a night Day light robbery and also had to pay to use the car park too bloody cheek Not happy! Stay clear ! Premier inn next time N pearson

Very happy with our stay. Freedom to come and go as and when. Felt safe and secure, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast here is only 'Grab and Go', but there are very nice coffee shops nearby.

decent sized room and very comfortable for a short stay, helpful reception staff recommended reallocated room to a quiet area to avoid noise from nearby works. Whilst inhouse food options are always useful, there were plenty of options a short walk away.

Dust on desk inside the room- if you have hay-fever do not go there. Towels were not swapped for the 3 nights i was there. Need to use public parking. Noise coming from upstairs.

I had a booking which was made 4 months in advance and paid for in full. The hotel called me at quarter to six on the day of check in, being very evasive and implying but not confirming absolutely that there was a problem with my booking. The room that I had booked was an accessible room and I had booked it in preparation to attend an important medical appointment. It took a further 90 minutes to get the hotel to confirm that they could not fulfil my booking… I firmly believe that the intention was to make me cancel and forfeit my refund. No offer of an alternative was made. Subsequent contact with Travelodge CS has been again, evasive and breathtakingly dishonest. Upon subsequent research it appears that it is a standard practice for Travelodge to overbook their rooms by 25%. I believe that they did this to me with a customer who paid more for the room. I’d urge anybody NOT to use Travelodge for advance bookings for any important stays. I will certainly steer clear of them at all costs in the future

Whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel, be aware that the noise from live music in the pub next door on Friday and Saturday nights can be intrusive and continues until very late.

Clean. Close to station and shops.very quite of a night.staff nice.tea/coffee in room.fan in room for warm nights. ironing board available at reception.

Been hear two weeks nearly woke up in bruises and had terribly bad sleep throughout my stay would not stay here if didn’t need to also going missing in room
