It was great. Staff was good room was superb clean. And comfortable. I would mention for Gwen she was so friendly. I would like to recommend this hotel.

Unclean room, bathroom and towels. Bad smells in bathroom. Heating does not work. Service phone does not respond. Very bad experience… no sleep! Never again.

It's an "okay" hotel, probably you can't get much more for what you pay counting avg. price of a hotel in Belgium. Location close by the airport.

Everything was really good including the food in their restaurant. However, the location is quite far from the station. All in all it was good thou.

The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean. Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much. As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine.

The check-in was smooth and swift. The hotel is just a footsteps from the airport. Bus services to and from there are excellent 👍👍
