Very cool hotel in the center of Macon. Great location. We did not enjoy Macon as much as Beaune or Tournus. Macon is very modern and we didn't like the vibe. We opted to park on the street which was free during the night, but had to get up and start paying at 8am. Comfy room but like all hotels in France, no airflow and no control over the A/C. Luckily we brought little fans. The skybar was very cool and it's a great place to stay if in Macon. Parking is not ideal. The little Indian Food place down the street was amazing.

Comfortable bed, good blackout blinds and spacious shower but the additional extras in the room were not at all generous. One small bottle of water between two on the first day, small tubes of shampoo and shower gel not replaced on the third day, no shower cap. Fabulous views from the sky bar. Fantastic breakfast with all you could wish for. We were initially disappointed not to be allocated on-site parking but "Parking A" just around the corner was so much better! Cheaper (12 euros against 15 euros) and lots of room, in fact it was almost empty! Our friends had on-site parking and said it was really tight. You can only use the pool if you book a 2 hour slot in the spa which I think was 25 euros. Great location for walking to restaurants and around town.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms, excellent bed and great bathroom. The hotel serves a delicious breakfast with a separate gluten-free corner. For diner you better go in to town as the rooftop bar with great view only offers bites. Tip: reserve your parking space

The hotel offers basically everything you need if you areon holiday. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. We enjoyed both the spa and the roof top bar. You need to make an appointment at the spa so it was not too crowded. Roof top bar was busy, but we always got a table. Good location and easy to acces with car. Staff friendly and helpfull. In all very fair price for the stay.

We chose this hotel for its central location and because it boasted a "Sky Bar". Neither disappointed, nor did the room, the service or the sumptuous "petit déjeuner". Merci beaucoup Panorama 360°. À la prochain fois

Perfectly situated in old Mâcon with great walkability to shops and restaurants. Room was quite warm with poor ventilation and couldn't be cooled without opening windows and letting in mosquitos. Housekeeping missed us one of the 6 nights we were there. I reported to the front desk in the afternoon and they assured us housekeeping would attend but they did not. We reserved parking for an EV charger but someone else parked in our spot the first 2 nights. The concierge told us it was our responsibility to put a cone on the EV spot to save it. I would have expected it to be their responsibility. Overall a beautiful property nonetheless. We may try a different hotel on our next visit - still deciding.

Large modern hotel, updated throughout. With great quiet air conditioning. Friendly helpful staff. Large room, good comfy bed, adequate bench space. Well laid-out bathroom. And a great breakfast, lots of choices, in a well laid out breakfast area. The rooftop bar is a standout feature, offering a limited selection of light snack-type meals. However, only one bath towel is measly for a high-end hôtel, and the single paper cup for drinking is ludicrous. Minor quibbles aside, a top-class well-designed venue.

Panorama is by far the best Hotel in the town of Macon, and this for many reasons: First the high standard of the rooms, the quality and the taste of the materials use to create the hotel inside the old 19th century Post office building, still active today on the west face of the hotel. Second the choice of the personnel using deference, politeness, respect, kindness, courtesy on daily basis. And then the sky bar on the top of the hotel which we discovered randomly at the beginning of 2023 while staying in another hotel nearby. The bar is an attraction, a curiosity, refined and sophisticated. Just enough for a moment of self-indulgence.
