I can’t express the amount of gratitude I have for the staff of this business. Especially Jordan Duncan. He went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate myself and my mom on our last minute vacation. Everything was not going according to plan on are trip and he completely renewed our faith in the kindness of people out there. The room we stayed is was way more then we were expecting, it was so clean and comfortable. Please come and support this business. I know I will be back the next time I make it back here and I will be back. Though I will be booking a head the time. The food and drinks are really delicious too. The coconut prawns were done to perfection. I can’t say I will not be leaving this place without any good memories. It was the highlight of my trip.

No AC !!!! I didn't know there was hotels without AC in 2023... You guys should install portable AC units. Other than that it was a nice room and beds were good too! It's nice to have a Bar/Restaurant right in the building. Awesome view too from the Bar! Poor lady running the check-in and the liquor store was all on her own and was a bit frazzled dealing with both. There should of been another staff person.

We have never stayed here before, but it was a nice decent hotel, and the price was very reasonable. We found it very odd, that we had a 2 bedroom with balcony room that came with a small kitchenette, but there were zero "tools" in the kitchen. For example, we had a fridge, a microwave, a sink and some counterspace. However, there wasn't a dish, utensil or dishcloth, dish soap or anything else you would see in a kitchen. We had to go buy some paper plates and cutlery at the store. The kitchen drawers were completely empty. We did ask for some dish soap, which someone scrounged up. but that seemed like the end of what they could supply. So odd.

First of let me say the views are exceptional. Our server was also excellent. Problem was we couldn’t get food. Everything we tried they didn’t have, you can’t expect good reviews when you have nothing to review. We were never given an explanation but if you are a pub and are out of burgers and nachos at lunchtime you can’t be considered a decent pub. .

Stayed two nights in the hotel. The room is very modern, clean and has a nice view of Madeira Park. We did not like that it lacked air conditioning eventhough we had a ceiling fan and a Dyson fan - it did not cool the room completely. There's no room service/cleaning during our stay due to Covid which was not pointed out when we checked in. We had to request clean towels. The bed is very high up and my husband has issues with his knees and ankles and he had a hard time getting out of the bathtub as there are no safety bars anywhere in the bathroom. We had two paper cups to make coffee or tea so for a four star hotel we were not impressed. The elevator is the slowest one we've ever encountered!

Once again the Restaurant has outdone itself. The staff were superb the atmosphere is great and the scenery is spectacular. This restaurant has arguably the best food on the Suneshine coast. The food quality is excellent, the portions are enough to fill anyone and presentation is very appealing. I had the Cajun Seafood Linguine and it was superb. There is a bite of seafood in every mouthful and it had just the right amount of heat. My wife had the Yorky and I've never seen a bigger Yorkshire pudding, stuffed with a mountain of tender, juicy shaved roast beef on a bed of mashed potatoe's. Well done, Thank you everyone.
