room is not good according to budget .the staff is not good and we don't enjoy our stay. bad complementary breakfast,no cleanliness,no towels in the room, don't go for location there could be lot of other hotels in the near madgaon railway station.

Food was okay. Rooms are old and need renovations . After checkin they forgot to give back the id. I checked out the next day and had to travel all the way from Panaji to Margao just to collect it

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive

Such a comfortable place for stay ! Nice service with good atmosphere! We had an issue with booking dates but hotel management helped us. Thank you hotel The treat and Manager Mr. Srujan

Bugs are there in room, no phone in room and mobile number is not picking up by any one, breakfast is to bad.

Chair and tipoy table was not good need to be repaired or replaced. Bathroom lock was damaged. No glasses kept in the room. Bed was good

Breakfast service was pathetic, they don't have sufficient staff to manage the restaurant, guests has to wait for hours to get breakfast
