There is Internet/Wifi (the password is posted on the fridge) and a 50" TV with ROKU and DVD player with movies or rent movies from the Redbox just down the road in front of the Dollar General Store. The beautiful stone fireplace is decorative only! The property is on 2 acres of nature and wildlife with a canopy of trees and beautiful sunsets on the water! Watch for the deer, turkeys and huge owls that come by! This is the perfect place for a truly relaxing vacation getting back to basics to enjoy the beauty of nature and outdoor fun! Board games and cards are provided for family fun! There is a canoe, life jackets and Fishing poles are in the well house for some good bass fishing or sit on the dock to soak up some Florida sun! This is private property and you do not need a fishing license to fish here! You may also set up tents for a great camping experience! Roast marshmallows by the rustic fire pit or sit on the back deck where smoking is permitted and outdoor chairs are provided! A charcoal grill is provided for your cooking out pleasure, need to supply your own charcoal. Phlox Pond may be rented for events such as weddings for an additional charge.
