- OK for long term stay if you are on a budget, but if you stay for few nights it is pricy and not worth it! - Decent laundry and Gym facility - Need improvements on: Very old carpets in the rooms; No Body-wash, etc in bath rooms; Dishes and utensils in the kitchen are few and dated; Breakfast on the go is almost nothing, though the coffee was good.

This place definitely needs to have more training for their employees at the front desk. The majority of them are rude and have no business working where there is customer interactions. My company has done work in the Madison area for the past 10 years and all of My coworkers and I have stayed here when we are doing work on the west side. The visit usually last 6-8 weeks with average of 6-8 rooms being purchased for the duration of the job. After this past stay myself and all of my coworkers will not stay here. Because of the piss poor attitudes and behavior of the front desk customer service they have lost any of our business. Also it seemed like there is never anyone working the front desk due to the looks of a nursery or a child care program they are running on the side or it’s being your children to work day every day there. Idk. But corporate, you definitely need to spend the money for a customer hospitality training course for your employees or you will continue to lose business.
