Econo Lodge

The hotel is close to Dane county airport. There are many places to eat and shop with in walking distance. Was ok for a one night stay before flying out. Place was very dirty hall way floors had been cleaned in probably years. There was something sticky dumped all over the nightstand by our bed. Sheets and towels all seemed clean though. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed the night to visit family at the uw rehab. Woke up to roaches in the bathroom....not happy. I took a video of the roaches as well but sadly cannot post them on here. The ******* also listed breakfast but there was none.

Room upstairs at end of hallway in separate building when main building had very few people !! Scarey atmosphere!! Says breakfast in mornings, after paying i was told there is no breakfast anymore ! No blankets in the room, just sheet and bedspread! Never going there again !! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! Flipped a table and wedged it for safety from people in the hallways cuz the front door didnt latch shut and anyone could ( and did) walked in !!

We got 'stuck' here in the midst of a return to Missouri after visiting family in a small town in Wisconsin. We hadn't made a reservation and were late. They did have a room for us but it was expensive, at least more then I was expecting. It looks like we got charged about twice the going rate at this particular hotel. Not sure if that is normal for an emergency but it was steep price. The room was ok though I never figured out how to completely operate the tv, just change channels. There was no breakfast beyond juice. Large sections of the hotel seems to being repaired. I had several issues checking in with problems with the terminals. Overall you can probably find a much better choice in that area.

we were charge for full whirlpool suite price and the whirlpool did not work. Management would not listen to us, told us to write the compaint down & told us to leave phone number and never called us.

Hotel would be ok for a short stay if it weren't WAY OVER PRICED... Staff is pretty much the most unfriendly group of people you'll ever have the misfortune of meeting. They say pet friendly but charge $15/night extra per pet, the driveway & parking are horrible with potholes everywhere there is NO breakfast The rooms are kinda clean but the mildew smell will never go away....Ever... I give this place a 2 because we made it out alive (oh I didn't mention the Shady people just kinda hanging out all the time) The GM needs to quit along with the entire staff as they have ZERO business being in the service industry....(cold, unfriendly) A one week stay in a double room w/a pet is around $700 (unreal) For a complete DUMP.... BTW The homeless guy outside our window had a better experience I'm sure. (Photo below)

Dirty. Run down. Disgusting. Rooms reek of cigarette smoke. Drug use in the parking lot. The amenities they advertised weren't actually offered. I originally booked for 3 nights but checked out after 1 and found a new hotel on the fly. I've never had to do that before but it was that bad.
