The best place to stay in madrid. Location very strategic in central madrid near to metro station.

I went with a friend for a four day visit to Madrid and needed a hotel that did single rooms and was central. This hotel is located perfectly with nearby access to Atocha rail station  and the express bus from the airport, and with Estación de Artes the Metro line also nearby and only 3 stops from Sol. The reception is staffed with very helpful individuals with infinite patience, which we nearly tested whilst trying to get out. Larding cards into a format that could be printed. We arrived bonfire our rooms were ready and after checking in they were whisked away to a secure room whilst we went to explore the Prado The rooms are very well appointed with a mini  fridge, many electricity outlets at waist height, reasonable lighting, a large wardrobe with secure safe inside, and sufficient hangers The en suite was small but sufficient, the shower was powerful and hot, and the complimentary shower gel pleasant The bed was comfy, a spare blanket available if needed, and the bed linen and towels changed frequently during our short stay. Both rooms had small balconies, sadly due to the constant rain we didn’t use them  We will be back!  

Great location walking distance from Atocha station.

Location is excellent opposite atocha station. No tissue paper and toothbrush,tooth paste provided. Towel change every two days Clean room . Very basic the only plus is the location especially if we are to move around with train early morning.

Very convenient to walk from train station. Staff polite and helpful. Good location to dining and night- life. Room was VERY small with no view but but worked well for our 1 night stay

The hotel is very simple and old, rooms are clean but by no standards it can be a 4 star hotel or even 3. But the price is definitely not worth it. The location is downtown and near train station (walking 5-10) minutes and to barajas airport by taxi it takes 30 minutes . There are some good restaurants nearby . Because it is in crowded area so it is noisy at night . Everything was normal except the high price .

Everything was very nice and tidy. We enjoyed the location in the very center of Madrid!!

Clean and comfortable. Metro station just steps away. And to the main train station as well. Surrounded by lots eateries and convenience store. I would recommend to friend whom visit Madrid.

Staff was nice and helpful, location was convenient, super close to Atocha station and right behind Reina Sofia museum. We really enjoyed our stay there 😊

The location is unbeatable. There’s plenty of places to eat in the area so we kind of regretted including breakfast. There’s no need.

The hotel location is really good very near the station metro and bus station .the staff so nice

the heater was a centralised one and somehow wasn't enough for the winter so we had to sleep in the cold 😭
