You can expect that the room is a bit noisy as it is at the city centre, also can clearly hear that someone is cleaning up the room next to yours. Overall the room is clean and tidy and perfect location!

Really enjoyed my stay here, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel terrace is beautiful.

Excellent location beside Gran Via metro, with all the shopping just infront. Hotel room is good size, modern. Breakfast service was very good with continental selection.

Location’s really good. Very near the Gran Via station, minutes away from Merkado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

地理位置屬於Gran Via最熱鬧地段的入口處，旁邊就是地鐵站，距離購物的Primark，Bersha，ZARA，英國宮都是步行距離。距離市中心的四季樓下的名牌購物店也很近。硬件也不錯，房間的露台還能看到Gran Via的街景。入住還送了馬卡龍作為歡迎甜點。早餐是半自助式，量還是蠻大的。唯一美中不足就是酒店門頭較小，而且到前台有台階，雖然後小型的電梯可以，但是大家都為了節約時間不用。價格來説，這次碰到國慶，價格略貴。不過歐洲現在普遍房價上漲。來馬德里為了購物的話，這家的地理位置是值得推薦的！

衞生：很棒，圖一二是床單和枕套，有認真洗護的乾淨，全棉質感舒服 設施：品質好，很棒，有茶咖啡熱水器很nice 服務：西班牙人有的鬆弛感，早餐12點結束就很適合年輕人 還會再來！推薦指數十顆星！！！！

酒店在Gran Via大道上，超級無敵方便，周圍非常多吃的，買的，有幾間熱門的餐廳都是步行可到的。酒店房間也比較新凈，最喜歡有個小陽台，可以看到日落日出。總之我覺得在馬德里出差或旅行，選擇這個酒店非常明智。

酒店位置非常好，樓下就是地鐵站，房間稍微小了一點，但是設施齊全，關鍵是屋外有陽台，拍照很方便。去伯納烏等熱門景點基本就是二十分鐘左右。離開酒店前一天意外發現，酒店對面還有一家中餐廳。第二天一早還幫我們叫好了出租車去機場，非常贊！
