Toc Hostel Madrid recensioner

The hotel's location is excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, one of the pillows in the room had a shoe print, the shower drain was clogged, and there was no hot water from the showerhead.

The location was superb. Facilities so futuristic. Definitely will come again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many of Madrid’s most famous attractions. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. The service is good, and the staff are friendly and professional. The area outside the hotel is lively, but the windows in the room are very well soundproofed, so it’s quiet and comfortable for sleeping. However, there are some areas for improvement. The room doesn’t provide slippers, which is a bit inconvenient. The room itself is a bit small, and the glass door of the bathroom offers little soundproofing, making using the bathroom slightly awkward. Additionally, both the bathroom and the shower room have motion-sensor lights, which can be inconvenient to use. Neither can be locked, and the shower room door doesn’t fully close, which might be an issue for some guests.

Perfect place and location

I had a very nice experience here. Stayed in the mixed dorm. It was clean. The location is excellent. Would come back again.

Good experience, it lacked the curtains on the beds which were kind of necessary for privacy, however, the location as well as the customer service was really good!

I just stayed for one night but even just for the night, it was great. Front desk was so nice and everything was so clean and comfortable.

Room is clean with huge and soft bath tower..only let down is the bath sink as water dispersing very slow..almost submerged the bath area

Our room was very clean, breakfast service & front desk staff were friendly & helpful.  Excellent location to walk to restaurants, cafes & sites.  Highly recommended & would stay here again.  Thank you!

Wedful hostel

The location is super, nice receptionists. Anyway I found my bed had some a little dust. However i love this place.

near city center

It was nice to stay at TOC hostel location was perfect breakfast was amazing worth 11 Euro . Toilet and shower were clean but if you can increase Towels for shower it will he nice
