Hotel Nuevo Boston recensioner

It is close to the airport and provides a good free airport transfer. Has good water pressure and friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately my stay was not comfortable as there is no temperature control for the rooms. The first room I was given was crazy hot, so they switched my room and during the night the room was very cold. This made for an uncomfortable night, so uncomfortable that i cancéleles a future reservation I had with them.

Convenient shuttle, which can only be used for 1 round trip to the airport. Very long to get to the city center from hotel. Easy check in and checkout. Unbelievable to me that a 4 star hotel does not provide in room slippers and does not lend out umbrellas when it rains.

Everything was ok until the driver who was on duty on Tuesday Nov 10th at 10 am was angry for some personal reason (I guess) and was very rude. He didn’t want to take me to the airport. I had to take a taxi and spend money when the hotel has a free transfer. The lady at the reception didn’t care and said nothing to make the situation of me being late for my flight a bit better. Very bad service. I must say that the other driver who took me from the airport to the hotel the previous day in the afternoon, was very polite and nice.

I stayed one night for a very long stop in Madrid and I loved it, excellent facilities, I loved the transfer. Everyone really helpful and friendly. Room super clean and comfortable. I would suggest the hotel

Room was spacious. Closed to airport. Staff was nice and booked free shuttle bus to airport for us. Recommend!

Great stay. Comfortable, clean and enjoyable. Amenities were available such as the kettle, tea and coffee but only downside is that we had to ask for this and was not provided first. Apart from that an enjoyable experience. Staff were polite. I would stay here again
