NH Madrid Atocha

The location is the best. The Metro station (with lift), bus stop and taxi station is at the door of the hotel. I have booked the superior room. The room was clean and tidy. No bath tub, just shower avaiable. The scenery is also very special, you can see the photos for the window view. I arrived the hotel in 10:00 AM. The staff at front desk was kind and keep the luggage and allowed me to check-in early at around 1:30 without any additional charge. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of fruit and juice.

Very convenient for transferring to other cities or back to the airport. The staff is very helpful

I was starting 6 day, I had room key problem. Stared check in, my sister went to see art center get back room and room keys doesn’t work. The hotel reception said that shops’ security but everywhere has security, even Starbucks has security. And reception Louis was so nice person in this NH Madrid Atocha. He has proud his job. Louis thank you for help me out Housekeeper ladies were kindness .

The hotel is simple, smart, cosy, neat and clean. Very well located near downtown and opposite to the train station with plenty of services around. The service provided was excellent and the experience at the hotel was wonderful. The perfect room to explore the city and go back to spend the night at a great price. Highly recommended.

Service and location are both good, specially if you have to catch a train from Atocha. Breakfast is simple, European style, good quality.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, room is in a good condition and comfortable.
