The check-in process was a bit finicky but the staff was very helpful. The room was amazing. Great quality and it's very clean. Only 2 things, in the winter the air conditioning can only be set to heating mode which is slightly hot during the night sometimes during my stay. Also having corkscrew opener for wine bottles would've been very nice. Love the quality.

The place is clean. It is an ideal place to stay but parking is troublesome, checked in was inhuman/without human feeling. The air conditioning was without control and intermittently ventilates the apartment with sewage related smell. They need to revisit the hotel values chain because too many activities were outsourced.

房間很乾凈，傢俱很新，還有洗衣機和洗衣液，位置很市中心去哪都方便。 但是沒有前台，攜程預訂後也沒有及時收到online check in的郵件，打了兩個電話才收到，不check in就收不到密碼，連公寓門都進不去的。 還有就是酒店的空調必須要後台調整，25度半夜會熱醒，24度跟在冰箱裏沒有區別，大無語。 welcome kit也是問了以後才補送的。倒是評價説的很吵沒感覺到，早餐很一般，建議不要。

진짜 모두 완벽했던 숙소입니다! 위치, 서비스, 청결. 마드리드 오면 꼭 다시오고 싶은 숙소에요! 아주 만족합니다!!

根本不值得這個價呀，床品不太衞生。臟臟的，有很多污垢。裏面基礎設施都沒有。我預估這個價格可以擁有牙膏拖鞋之類的東西，沒想到沒有。空調不好用…要麼熱死要麼冷死….沒有一箇中間值…

Ottima posizione con due line della metro vicine, 2 e 7 a meno di 500 metri. Pulizia della struttura impeccabile e servizio di assistenza via whatsapp rapido e soddisfacente. A 30 metri c'è un supermercato Carrefour per gli acquisti

Muy buena ubicación. Es un apartahotel . Cualquier solicitud a través de whatsapp/mail. No hay recepción física

房間很乾凈，比較新。位置還不錯。但是攜程給我訂錯房了，衹賠了300塊錢。以後去別的app訂了。

酒店位置極好，附近就有地鐵站，房間空間足夠！
