Nos alegra saber que disfrutó de nuestra ubicación privilegiada, tan cerca de lugares emblemáticos como el Museo del Prado, el Parque del Retiro y la estación de Atocha, así como de contar con el Museo Reina Sofía justo enfrente.Lamentamos que la decoración de la habitación no haya sido de su agrado y tomamos nota de su comentario para futuras mejoras. En cuanto a las zapatillas, agradecemos que lo haya mencionado; ofrecemos el modelo con tiras para los dedos por motivos de sostenibilidad e higiene, pero entendemos que no sean del gusto de todos, por lo que valoramos mucho su sugerencia.Tomamos nota también de su opinión sobre el desayuno.
