My family and I enjoyed this place. We loved the breakfast there. It had everything for everyone. It needs some maintenance. The door for the room and the bathroom were broken but then, they fixed them but overall the place needs some work. The staff is friendly and the location of the hotel is quite convenient.

The breakfast is not bad. It is near to metro. It is also near to supermarket and restaurants.

I don’t understand why when I pay over 150€ for the night I cannot get a free bottle of water. How much does it cost? 15 cents? Yet I still gotta pay 2€ from the mini bar. This is not in line with the standing of the hotel. Except from this, great staff and kind attitude towards guests. Nice room and convenient location between Madrid centre and airport.

About the cleaning of the room, they didn't change any of the dirty towels and glasses, and they didn't clean the toilet, they only cleaned the beds. The behavior of the reception was not friendly at all

Room is way too cold. Due to first room malfunction of heater changed room but new room’s heater also does not work well. Cannot believe it is 4 stars. And key card everytime happen problem (I didn’t put together with my phone together) so had to go back to lobby anytime. stayed several hotels in Spain and this one was worst. 유럽여행중 머물럿던 호텔중 가장 최악. ヨーロッパ旅行中泊まったホテルの中で最悪だった。 欧洲旅游当中最恶心的酒店。 O pior hotel durante meus viagems na tudo Europa.

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent area of Madrid. Safe, clean and close to various restaurants and businesses. The restaurant was great, and prices were decent. Room was spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly. Will stay again in the future.

En general esta todo acorde en la tarifa, las habitaciones necesitan un cambio de imagen, el equipo de descanso es confortable, la moqueta del pasillo es de primera necesidad cambiarla, pues desmerece la instalación, en líneas generales, personal muy agradable y profesional, limpieza etc, todo muy correcto.

Todo correcto, habitación grande y buen servicio. Olía a tabaco en el servicio, habían estado fumando, y sólo dejaron un cepillo de dientes, gorro, jabón... Por lo demás todo correcto, muy tranquilo.

入住四天 一切都很好。早餐若可以有些變化會更好！

Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais par contre il y a des travaux à côté de l'hôtel qui vous réveille à 8h du matin.

從機場打車過來大約20歐，從酒店走路去地鐵站不到十分鐘，周圍環境清靜，早餐品種豐富，是四星級酒店，整體挺滿意的 離開那天提前用uber 預約了車輛，司機準時到達了酒店，他不會説英語，不過順利載我們去了機場，衹要16歐多
