Nice hotel. Can recommend to friends. Inconvenience many shop , Restoran ， Metro station all near by. Now winter. The weather So cool.

Perfect hotel on Gran Via!! Located in the heart of the city center. Close to the palace, metro stations, restaurants, shops, etc. Very friendly front officers. All of them make you feel welcome. Rooftop bar is a great place to drop by. Good quality of food, drinks and service. The prices of food and drinks are very reasonable despite being a rooftop bar. Staffs are super friendly and professional. The room is nicely decorated. Big comfortable beds, in-room amenities are generously provided. Breakfast is just superb. Great variety of food, drinks, and local delicacies. Would return here again for the next visit to Madrid.

I wanted to extend my stay for another three nights, they didn't cooperate with me, they told me to apply through the hotel website, but that didn't work either, but everything else was fine.

まず立地に関してはこれ以上ない。文句ひとつのないロケーションで昼夜問わずレストランへのアクセスも困らず中心地へも手軽に行けて便利。 部屋も綺麗でさすが4スターといったところ。

旅館位置很好，距離兩處地鐵站步行不過5分鐘。周邊用餐方便，食品店不過7-8分鐘步行。房間面積適中，衞生間條件出色。房間裏有小冰箱和熱水壺

酒店位置在格蘭大街，離西班牙廣場很近，出行方便，酒店早餐豐富，酒店設施齊全
