I paid for the resort in full upfront, but upon arrival, the room was not cleaned, and no bedsheet was provided. When I asked about it, the manager explained that the laundry was delayed and refused to assist further, suggesting that I leave the room. Taken aback by their attitude, we decided to leave and were given a cash voucher with a promise of a full refund. However, two months have passed, and despite several follow-ups, the refund still hasn't been issued. Moreover, when asking about the property, they promote booking directly with them at a lower price than on platforms like TripAdvisor, stating that it's because they don't have to be accountable for the quality of their services or the property itself. After making a direct payment, it became clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority, leaving us with no way to resolve any issues.
