I had the best time here at the resort and the most kind caring and helpful staff! They picked me up from the airport when I flew in at night and shared a lot of laughter! There is food you can order at the resort bar and make sure to bring cash as we were in a forest! I highly recommend this place and I hired a professional photographer if you are solo traveler to get that insta shot! Thank you to everyone here and I hope to come back in the future!

Amazing resort

My fav solo trip ever!! People are so warm and makes your stay comfortable and peaceful. You can buy activities package directly from them .

This hotel is really bad with communication, they did not know how to communicate with me because of the language barrier and because of that they completely lied to me. They told me that the provide transportation to their location, I waited for over an hour for pick up and they never showed up. I had to find last minute accommodations for the night and they refused to refund me my money. Please book elsewhere this is not a location that looks to provide customer service.

Our only regret about booking here was that we didn’t book long enough! We stayed riverside. This was the favorite stop of our 16 day trip. 10/10

Perfect place with great hospitality! Helpful stuff always ready to help or answer your questions. Definitely take option bathing with cute elephants! Perfect place to stay for couple of for family!

Very pretty remote are, super nice view of the mountains around. The whole team was extremely nice and helpful. One of a kind experience with the elephants, stayed only one night and we wish we would have stayed longer.

Food is just normal .Breakfast could have been better with serving local types of food.There is only cheap option and we were all disappointed that we wasted our money and didnt get what we paid for.Dinner is expensive ... Overcharging!!!

Great place to stay if you’re visiting the elephants. The staff were fantastic to us and to the elephants. We definitely recommend this place to stay the night before you plan to see the elephants. Only reason I put 3 as the location was because it’s further out than other elephant sanctuaries. Around 1.45 hours from centre. But other than that everything else was fantastic.

とてもよかった！！！ 　夜チェンマイからのタクシーは断られやすいので、空港送迎をお願いしましょう！片道800バーツでした。grabだと倍の値段を個別でせびられたりするので送迎を頼むのが1番だと思います。 　朝ゾウに起こしてもらうのは2人で600バーツでした。ツアーは色々選べて、ゾウとの水浴び、バンブーラフティング、ウォーターフォールを見に行くセットで1人2000バーツでした。クアッドバイクもこれにつくと3000バーツでした。他にも色々ありました。 　朝ゾウは2頭来てくれます。部屋の前にサトウキビがあるのでそれをあげます。とても可愛いかったです。追加でバナナも購入できました。 　ツアーは場合によりますが私の時はほぼプライベートツアーでした！とっても楽しかったので本当におすすめです。ゾウとこんなに触れ合える機会は滅多にないので、絶対に泊まるべきです！

翻山越嶺經過小竹筏橋，叢叢溪水旁，環境很幽靜，房間很寬敞，廁所很乾淨，床鋪很舒適，送到房間的早餐很不錯吃，可愛的大象08:30來房間互動，服務人員很熱情，若帶孩子們來，孩子們會很開心，值得擁有美好的回憶的飯店。

寒假帶娃玩清邁，提前一個月訂下這個心儀已久的大象民宿，當時已經衹能訂25號的，26號已經沒房了，我為此還調了行程。入住後，和前台約定第二天8點大象叫醒時間和多買3籃香蕉的事，就安心睡了。第二天7點半左右，工作人員陸續在大象叫醒的房間門前放置餐巾和甘蔗籃子等物品。8點大象準時到達，孩子們其實早就醒了，憋着裝睡了好久，終於可以喂大象了，好開心！

環境非常不錯的酒店、他們已經盡力保持酒店衛生和清潔。但是接近大自然就是這樣的。非常建議一家人參加。非常推介參加他們自費活動。建議用Line跟他們溝通較方便。服務非常細心友善，我們肯定還會再來。
