Booked here for easy convenience to town for a party. Booked double room and got a triple which crowded the room. Lots of wear and tear on carpets, mould in the shower, which wasn't great either. Breakfast was lovely but only filter coffee. Staff very pleasant and parking at rear.

The bedroom was gorgeous. A double height ceiling with a brick wall on the gable end, good heavy blackout curtains. The breakfast was good. Basic, but good. However, I was horrified when the waitress told the lady at the table next to us that if she wanted the milk for her tea warmed up she would have to pay extra, as that wasn't included in the cost of the breakfast. There was no lid on the toilet. And as for an anti slip bath mat, it was disgusting. I always check the back of the mat to make sure it's also been cleaned and it was pink and slimy. I don't know if it has ever been cleaned. When I complained about the state of it at checkout and informed the receptionist about the bacteria on the bottom of the shower mat, she wasn't too impressed with me and said to be fair, it's probably the colour of the cleaning products they use. Even if that was the case, it would have meant that they weren't rinsing it properly.

Price was reasonable for a Friday night but if it had of been any more then it wouldn't have been worth it. The hotel itself is in need of a bit of a refresh but overall clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately there aren't many other options in the area to stay.

Too expensive for the value and quality you receive in the rooms and restaurants. Rooms need a really good clean and lick of paint. Breakfast was shocking, omelette was a burned mess. Dinner just ok priced far too high. Not much to do around the location.

Shocking experience, where to start ripped carpet in the room, bathroom light not working. Evening meal very poor, described as crispy pork belly if was far from crispy extremely under cooked. When asked did we want desert we said can we look at the menu after receiving the menu we waited for 40min but no one returned to take our order, worth saying by this time the bar had gotten busy due to 2 events happening ( 1 of which was the reason we were at the hotel ), this in no way impacted the tables as most people where queuing at the bar for service. After waiting for 40 minutes at the table we decide lets just pay for the food and move on into the function room. Even trying to pay at the bar took another 20 minutes as the 3 bar staff where all over the place clearly not able to cope with the amount people present.

Very nice stay and friendly staff. I checked in with 18 American guests of our ‘Essential Ireland’ Tours and Charlene provided us with a very warm and professional mid-Ulster welcome. Paddy was also very helpful to my guests and I and we enjoyed the central location. Thank you.

Rubbish, filthy place to stay. We found old vapes down the back of the bed. Bathroom was filthy and nothing worked. Iron didn't heat up properly, table lights didn't work. The place was awful 😖 Breakfast!! What an disaster 😑 My 9 year old son asked to change his handful of greasy mushrooms and a half a fried tomato for an egg. To be told absolutely not, no swaps allowed. I asked for an extra egg..nope that was allowed.....I asked for the mushrooms and tomato to be left off his plate as he didn't like them......nope that was acceptable either, He can push them to the side, I don't have time for that, is what I was told !! I paid nearly £800 for two rooms for me and my family and I've never been so disappointed in my life. So to the lady, if we can call her that, that's served, breakfast on the Sunday morning to us. I say served....even though you didnt, you grunted and spoke through the spaces in your teeth....YOUR IN THE WRONG JOB Your manor and lack of service was rude and ignorant.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. Beds were really high and mattress very hard. The room had patches on the ceiling. Cracks on ceiling. Bathroom full of cobwebs and few insects crawling around the bath. Tea facilities kettle didn't work. For the price of the room would exp ect higher standard of cleanliness

Rooms very basic, definitely needs some love. Net curtains, cobwebs in the corners, curtains let a a lot of light in and very noisy next to the road. Breakfast was 3/10 maximum, asked for scrambled egg on my fry up and told no even though one of the other options on the menu was scrambled egg. Told it was too busy in the kitchen. The 2 girls running breakfast were stretched so no plates and cutlery available and orange juice ran out. When breakfast came it was poor, bacon undercooked, eggs rubbery and just looked a bit sad! Overall I’d say a pretty average stay but if you need somewhere to rest your head it’s fine, staff were nice
