What can I say about this exquisite hotel, it is an experience of unparalleled elegance, magnificent property, nestled in the midst of lush greenery and mountains, incredible hospitality coupled with scrumptious food. Must visit but avoid peak season if you can.

Extremely wonderful stay and the kind gesture. Entire Staff was highly professional. My sincere thanks to Shashank for attending us on both the days at breakfast. Many thanks and highly recommended for feeling Tajness . It has been a great experience of enjoying nature and facilities at the IHCL fountain.

Superb property with excellent food, well kept rooms and stunning views. We stayed at the valley view Suites with private sitouts. The view from the room was stunning. Rooms were spacious and we'll kept. Food was the best part of the stay. Shoutout to the chefs and special mention of Aniket from the restaurant. He took care of us like a family member. Shalini at the reception was very helpful. Everyone from the reception deserves a special thanks for the warmth and hospitality. Overall, highly recommended. Keep it up!

A perfect vacation crafted by a team committed to pleasing the guest. That is the summary of my stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar – IHCL SeleQtions! Now a more detailed review - The booking experience was as smooth and pleasant as it can be. Mr Deepak was efficient and clear and helped me close the booking very comfortably. On our arrival, the front desk staff were all welcoming and courteous. The rooms are newly renovated and are large and comfortable. We were lucky to be in A Valley View room which was a beautiful experience. The housekeeping was efficient and always kept our room clean and tidy. The whole team at the restaurant fed us like we were family guests rather than customers and the food was customized to our preferences. We loved the Ghar Ka Khana Section from the menu as we prefer dishes which are more homely and these were spot on. A special thanks to Chef Prashant, Chef Parwinder (who always served with a smile), Chef Surya (for customising our Chinese orders to perfection) and to Captain Subodh & Pritam who were very welcoming. The whole restaurant staff was very attentive without being overbearing. The Taj effect shows on the whole hotel and am sure we will not be able to stay at any other hotel in Mahableshwar in the future. Evidently this is due to all the work put in by their General Manager Mr. Esakkikumar Konar as nothing works till the top guy is hands-on. We will surely be returning to this Hotel very soon.
