Room are not good bed's are very hard, room service very bad and rude, location center of market not preferred for car traveling

The hotel does not provide drinking water, we had to buy. The geysers are not functional, they provided hot water bucket though, but hot water is not available if staff is not present. The helper boy behaved weirdly, might be intoxicated. Room lighting not good. One bathroom did not have light. Bathroom fittings were faulty, flush not working, basin tap was hanging. Non-ac rooms don't have ventilator, windows don't have grills. towel was not provided. Location is remote, in an isolated area. The locality doesn't have street lights. The staff would lock hotel and go out, guests can not enter in the evening.

This property does not fulfill the basic needs & the caretaker sounds arrogant, pillows stinks, tv is not available, where it is located will be off all the time. switches are broken, fan not available.
