Beautiful property and excellent staff. Amazing service by all staff. Special mention to Dhiraj who I had a photo session with and who gave me some photos to cherish for a lifetime. Will definitely recommend this resort. Also the complimentary afternoon tea served with live music was a nice touch 💝

Unforgettable memories we made......wat a property.....amazing.......we can't imagine its beauty unless we visit and spend time.....kids has lots of activities.....awesome swimming pool....super co operative staff... ..super food....each n every corner here is eye pleasing...wow...wow...worth every penny.

The activities are done very greatly. My daughter made pot painting, flowers, butterfly. Kamini and her team were very delighted to teach my daughter. My daughter also enjoyed a lot. As parents we also enjoyed a lot. So i recommend to go to this place.

Avoid Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar at All Costs! I was made to leave the hotel with a refund because they couldn’t fix the AC and wifi. Here's what went down - I had the misfortune of attempting to stay at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar on March 14th, but due to the hotel's screw ups, I was forced to leave on the very same day. Despite checking in at 12:30 pm, the hotel failed to provide me with a functional room till 6 pm. The Wi-Fi (in a dead mobile network part of the property) and AC didn't work, and even after being moved to another room, the AC still didn't cool. The most appalling part was the hotel staff's (Manager Khan and Vanshika) casual and dismissive approach to my complaints. When I brought these issues to their attention, they would disappear after saying pls wait for 5-10 mins at the reception and that stretched for 6 hours and their last solution was to offer a refund and leave! Yes, you read that right - they essentially told me there are no rooms so take your money and go find another hotel. When I lost my cool after 6 hours, they tried to attempt to rectify the situation by searching for a nearby hotel but as expected they were useless. Oh yes, they said please come the next day to have dinner on the house and use the pool. YES! This experience was a shocking display of lack of planning, training, and customer-centricity within the staff. I share this disastrous experience so that others are aware of the subpar service they can expect from Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar. The final insult was that none of the staff members even bothered to see us off at the gate, a basic courtesy that even a 2 star hotel would extend to guests who have had such a terrible experience.

Our stay was one of the most memorable experiences of our lives, marked by exceptional hospitality that has set a new standard for our future travels. Every member of the hotel staff contributed to our comfort and enjoyment. I was particularly impressed by the outstanding services. Arjun from housekeeping ensured our room was always well-stocked and beautifully arranged. Traveling with a young daughter can be challenging, especially when it comes to food, but the dining experience exceeded our expectations in both taste and service. Atin, Chinmay, Chef Panda, Chef Santosh, Nitin are a few names which I remember and also the entire play area team.The midnight birthday celebration, organized by the wonderful staff, was a delightful surprise that made the occasion truly special. Thank you GM Mr. Anand Chaubey and entire team for wonderful hospitality and for an unforgettable stay.

The lush, beautifully maintained grounds, coupled with the gentle sounds of birdsong ,created a truly tranquil atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready with a smile and eager to assist. We spent our days lounging by the pool, enjoying delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, If you're looking for a peaceful escape to recharge is the perfect destination." Activities for kids are really good. The best part we loved was the water park which was amazing and we would definitely come back with the kids once again. The restaurant woods is a must try , looks expensive on the menu but it’s not as the meal proportion is really good. Amazing stay and good hospitality. Had a little argument on the first day and I was little furious because of some misunderstanding but it was my fault and already apologized for it. Suggestions : pool guns were not working , steam room need to be checked as it’s too slow , staff is really good but they just need to be little coordinated. Balcony need to have little more little and an extra plug. Obviously not everything can be done but this are just the suggestions. They were a lot of people ( staff) to be mentioned for their service but I really don’t remember the name. I think it was Nitay and the manager in restaurant ANSHUL was amazing and going from table to table to all the guests . Amit was really helpful with our voucher issues.
