room size is just adequate as well as the bed size, perfect for a short stay, cleanliness is somewhat satisfactory.
no amenities. only couple of staff available for room service but were consistently prompt in their service. hotel is 6-7mins walkable from ST bus stand or the market, but has a steep slope and Nice mountain view not to forget.
If you are low on budget and just want to return to hotel to spend the night after whole day of spending your day out.. should go for it then

The hotel room condition was terrible geyser broke down, cupboard is in broken condition, cockroach inside no towel kit provided

Poor service. No in room hot water facility. Was only provided one bed in the room. No parking available near to the hotel.

The property was not clean ,the WiFi was not working ,the walls of the hotel were damped,breakfast as mentioned was not even served during the stay

Terrible experience staying here. Ceiling broken. Tv not working, no footmat to wipe foot. No dustbin in room. Terrible lighting conditions, staff irresponsible and unresponsive. Very bad experience!

For people above 50yr room wax been on 5th floor with outlift, no dustbin, no soap, no drinking water was provided, geyser been not working, top roof monkey jumping noise at night. No name plate of hira palace to get address

The rooms smelt of urine. Terrible location. And the bed is stained with urine and worst condition in under construction building. Could not stay at all, had to look for alternative options.
