Coral Beach Resort

The location and ambience of the resort are very good with a well-maintained beach on one side and the highway on the other side. The reception and housekeeping staff is also very welcoming, warm and helpful. However, the rooms are very small, with tiny bathrooms and No place to store the luggage. Most importantly the airconditioner (split AC) was not cooling but only making noise.

Our room was booked for a Destination Marriage here. Very basic Room and very small in size. Bathroom lacks provision for keeping clothes or toiletries . Room Door card was not working once. They didn't send mechanic to repair it. You can't give any stars & We don't like this property.

Here's a feedback from my overnight stay at the resort. Pros: 1. Access to Amenities: Guests can make the most of their stay with access to the swimming pool and spa facilities. 5. Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are well-equipped with essential amenities such as hot water and reliable Wi-Fi, providing a hassle-free stay without any complaints. 6. Diverse Breakfast Options: The resort’s breakfast buffet offers a substantial variety, including Aloo Paratha, Idly, Pongal, Vada, Poori, live dosa counters, ***** with an assortment of chicken dishes and eggs, making it well worth the price. Cons: 1. Lack of Personal Engagement: The absence of personalized attention from the staff, particularly the receptionist, detracts from the overall experience. A more proactive approach in providing information about resort amenities and extending gestures like inquiring about guest feedback or offering assistance in arranging transportation would significantly enhance guest satisfaction. 2. Limited Staff Presence: Considering the size of the resort, the number of staff appeared inadequate, which might affect service quality. 3. Maintenance Issues: Due to the proximity of the dining area to the beach, the chairs appeared slightly soiled, likely due to the presence of crows. Improved maintenance would ensure a more pleasant dining experience. Overall: Despite a few areas requiring attention, the resort provides an enjoyable experience, offering good value for money.

I recently visited this place, expecting a decent meal, but I was thoroughly disappointed. The food quality was terrible, and the non-veg options were extremely limited. The only non-veg dish available was chicken biryani, which is usually a safe bet. However, even the chicken biryani was bad, what made the experience worse was the price. For the amount they charge, you’d expect a meal that’s at least satisfying,

Check in was smooth. Room was clean and neat. Buffet spread at the restaurant was good with their live counters and their service staffs. Mr.Alex was so kind and courteous. Enjoyed having nice time in swimming pool with Tea and snacks. Highly recommended.

We have asked for a reservation for 14 pax coral beach property @ Mamallapuram But Mr.Dinesh Sales *** changed our tour plan and was accommodated in the alternative worst resort which has no back up proper staffs and breakfast limited. our guest had felt restless sleeps and created bad opinions on coral resort team unresponsive manager money minded I suggest go direct to property don't make any reservation they will loot your money .
