El Mouradi Cap Mahdia

I was very disappointed with the service and the behavior specifically the receptionist. We booked for an all inclusive stay and when we got there we were told that it was “well know hotel policy” that the all inclusive option doesn’t include alcohol if you booked for less than 3 nights… we checked other websites for the same hotel and the actually differentiate between all-in and all-in soft for less than three nights Trip.com offered us “15€ compensation” as if it was enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ The beach was amazing and we decided to give it a chance and a third night, change to a cleaner room and get our all-in bracelets but after paying they told us that, as it was a “different booking” it still doesn’t apply to the “minimum 3 night rule” for alcohol 🤯 Food was okay, beach was amazing but the I still wouldn’t recommend it because of their behavior, how they talked to us, the lack of information and honesty and ofc the cleanliness

Everything is normal But food is not good. And room are not clean and there are many incges But a beautiful experience and a very beautiful sea.

Our holiday this year was in this hotel. The hotel is very nice and some parts of hotel are realy lovely specialy the promenade to the poll, very lovely place to relax and sit at night time. The beach was excelent! The rooms are basic but clean and cosy. All the staff was realy nice and so plesant and they always did there best to make everything posibile for us. The barmens and girls at the reception bar and pool bar were very nice and very plesent. But the heart of the hotel Cap Mahdia is the ANIMATION TEAM!!! (Schibo, Kiki, Ayman, Chef, Hossem, Mimi, Khouloud and Soula 😊 )❤️ .They made our holiday very special and interesting. Every day is showtime, we learn a lot of new dance moves, we work out in pool, play voleyball, golf and so many things. Thank you for all the memories and i hope to see you all soon or next year. ❤️

I spend wonderful vacation with my family in Cap Mahdia. Just one problem i had with salesman on the beach, i dont remember his name(but he have blue t-shirt). He invited me to different places outside the hotel, he had personal questions, he was really annoying. My parents was so angry with him! Animation team is always in positive mood, they make so many activities with tourist. There is beautiful beach and pool with no problem with free sunbeds. The bar services were also good.

The visit to Tunisia was excellent and I decided to spend time in your hotel. The hotel looks old but very nice and clean. The rooms are not modern, but they are clean, the bed linen is fresh and the bathrooms are very clean. The selection of food was really large but also tasty, sweet cakes, fresh fruits and cold juices contributed to my meal. The hotel staff, from the reception to the waiters, are very kind and nice. Special praise for the not good but the best waiter who was always available is Chiheb Eddin, smiling, cheerful and always at the service of the guest. Also, in addition to clean rooms, wonderful staff and workers in the hotel, there are also stars of the hotel, the animation group Schibo, Kiki, Ayman, Chef, Hossem, Mimi, Soula and Khoulound. They made my vacation better, taught me a lot of dances and kept my attention the whole time and no they are not good they are the best team. I will return to Tunisia again for them.See you son .

Good hotel we expected less cause of the 3 star but it is very good hotel for 3 star. Everybody is smiling and very frendly. It was good choose from our side to choose this hotel. Also the locality is good. Thank you. We will recommend this hotel to other peoples like families friend and so on. And I have to say that reason why this hotel is so good is because the animators they are soooooooo good and a can’t imagine holiday in this hotel without them. They are reason to come back. Thank you all.

Our vacation here was one of the best ones we have ever experienced, we loved the food, pool and the beautiful beach, but the thing we valued the most was the staff, especially the animation team. They are all friendly, amazing, crazy talented people and we had a lot of fun together. So thank you, El Mouradi!

Thank you for this holiday! I was there with my son(he is 3 years old). Everything was great. The personal was kind, everyone can choose some good food. Room was everyday clean. Beach in Mahdia is really beautiful. We will never forget animation team. They was so funny, they make some activities(darts, yoga, stretching, aqua gym…) in the evening was mini disco for kids and after nice show. We will come back.
