I like stay in this hotel , just service is too bad , they not care about customer what he want and what he need , even for room is not so clean and no have sleepers, i feel so disappointed for this case i wish next time they can care more about their customer, price is too high but service is too bed and cheap

Super hotel friendliest staff food was all inclusive buffet style so ok for most people. Entertainment staff great as we're water sport options Good for a relaxing trip NOT intended to be a crazy drinkers destination. Very clean , lovely rooms worth noting this is a hotel based holiday although outside especially the modena was beautiful and felt like a super safe place to be once you accept Tunisia is in relation to the UK appears to be messy at best. All in all a fantastic break and would reccomend tunisia to everybody.

Very good very nice. Animation team very nice and funny good laugh and very active throughout the day. And good evening entertainment. Quick staff and good service drinks very strong but still nice. And very cheap but definitely worth the money would stay again

We’ve had an amazing time at this hotel!! All the staff have been fantastic and the animation team especially has really made our holiday spectacular The food and entertainment available is fantastic too, there’s always something to do 10/10 would stay again! :)

As a family of 4 ( 50, 46, 24 & 23yrs) we had a great week in Iberostar, Madhia. First time in Tunisia. Primarily, the staff in every area of the hotel couldn’t do enough for us. Each and every one were so polite & welcoming, offering first class service from cleaning staff, waiters, bar staff & entertainment team. Extra special mentions to Mario, Simo, Chris, Didi, Mellissa, Ramos & Zamar from the entertainment team Genuinely lovely team, all speaking fluently in several languages and keeping the fun, energy and great entertainment flowing, day & night. They work extremely hard, 6-7 days a week, from dawn til dusk and rely on tips to make up for their low wage. However they never expect a penny from tourists and are so very grateful when given even just a few dinar The hotel employ their own water sports, tour excursion, and even henna tattoo staff, who can be found on the beach walk way. Again, a fabulous, hard-working, super-friendly team. Extra special mention to lovely Hazem, with whom we arranged our jet-ski sessions (a must) and Mohammed who we arranged our boat trip to see dolphins (another must) The camel ride excursion was fun too (ok so it’s not the Sahara dessert,) but the experience was good. Everything was such good value for money! Camel excursion £25 each for a few hours; jet skis £25 for 1 hour (4 of us shared 1 jet ski for 15 mins each;) dolphin boat trip £20 each for a couple of hours. Round the pools and on the beach there are plenty of nice sunbeds with parasols, and resident life-guards at each. Extra special mention to lovely Sabri who we chatted to every day A lovely guy, who is super-helpful, helping everyone with setting up/moving loungers, parasols etc, as well as keeping guests safe around the pool. At the pool bar, and around the pool we were treat like royalty by the wonderful team there, again extra special mentions to Amir, Mahrane & Abdulah who were comedy gold and we never left our sun loungers before they would turn up with our “regular” orders, plus special cocktails & complimentary snacks of cheese & olives! The Italian restaurant (booking essential) served a lovely set meal with wines; the Tunisian restaurant is actually the same place but they switch between the Italian/Tunisian evenings. It was nice to experience the Tunisian meal too, however the portions were large and we couldn’t even make it to dessert. The main restaurant was extremely busy (at all times) and you kinda have to hold your own because it’s every man for himself! Good choices of food offered to satisfy all, though it did get a bit samey but they definitely work hard to please all palates. Clean & beautifully presented! The unlimited ice cream is incredible! So much better than any all inclusive we’ve ever seen! Big bonus: In the restaurant you are served with 1 litre bottles of unopened, branded Coke/Fanta/Sprite, plus draft lager/bottles of wine etc. Another big plus was the endless supply (in restaurants, round the pool, beach, et

6 of us and a baby have just come bk 6-13th august . 2 of my friends luggage never made it to Tunisia from the frankfurt lay over but that's nothing to do with the hotel .. The transfer from Carthage airport to the hotel is 4 hrs NOT 90 mins as described on the advert. At 1am after travelling all day that's quite the ball breaker if you're unaware. After the 1st full day we were all ill with stomach ache & cramps on off and runs .. lasted all wk and still have it now waiting on tests from the doctor it's not constant just every time we eat ended up with stomach cramps n running to loo. Same bk in the UK. We all still have it 3/4 days on hence why waiting on docs. But.. the hotel is amazing the rooms were clean. Friends in the other room with the baby had ants constantly.. Room 3032 but they changed them rooms soon as they were made aware. the ppl the staff.. all lovely couldn't do enough for you. The food is a bit samey. Breakfast wasn't up to much either. The excursions were good recommend the speed boat and quad biking. Sunbeds are gone early. The 5.30 am sunrise is incredible. The sea is so warm even at that time. Entertainment staff are amazing. Drinks they make soo strong you can't enjoy them so ask for less alcohol. Not entirely sure id label this 5* and the illness has put me off going bk to be honest.

Nice helpful staff, good entertainment, nice hotel and pools. Great beach access and all around good experience. One thing I'd say is the pool can get crowded to the point that you can't find a spot, and some things are cheap but not included in the all-inclusive deal which is a bit of a hassle.

Cannot fault this hotel. Animation team are wonderful and service has been excellent. Would definitely return here. The food is very good and caters to all people and needs. Rooms are extremely clean and everyone makes everything easy and is always ready to help when needed.
