Scylax Family Club

Stayed here the end of September, and would not return. Food was the same at lunch and dinner, no tickets to let you no what the dishes were. Snack time was cold burgers no chips or anything just cold burger. Rooms were not cleaned they literally folded the sheet up and put it on the end of the bed. The other guests were not very welcoming of the British and very extremely rude. Out of the whole 7 days I was there I ate once!

WARNING - Do not go to this hotel. We went as a family of 6 and paid a lot of money for the hotel, booked 3 sea view rooms at ultra all inclusive… the first room we got the ceiling was literally falling down, second room was mouldy and had cockroaches in it and all the other rooms we then tried to move to we’re disgustingly dirty! No welcome drinks, staff don’t want to help with any problems. We was left in the lobby for hours while waiting to get a new room. This is not even a 3 star hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The rooms in the hotel are very dirty, the bathroom smells of mold and it is everywhere. The sheets are dirty. The food is terrible, the same thing every day, cold. The service is intrusive. The bartender convinced all the available girls to go to a party in his town, he showed pictures that you will take us to this place and I refused, so he didn't even want to make drinks. I am disgusted. The entrance to the sea is very dangerous, there are a lot of slippery rocks, because of which my friend sprained her leg. The sun does not come out to the pool until about 1 p.m. I do not recommend it.

joly turdan 2024 kurban bayramında 5 gün konaklama aldığımız otelin kapasitesinin tatil yapmaya yeterli olmadığını dehşetle izledik.bu otele giderseniz yanınıza içmek su ,temizlik için sleepy yer havlusu ,yemek için erzak ,mümkünse elektrik süpürgesi, pawerbank vs almanız gerekir.ilk gün odanın pisliği ni görünce joly tur görevlisi ni aradık temizlik yapılacak demesine karşın resepsiyondan kat görevimiz yok ertesi gün yapılacak cevabı aldık.joly tur görevlisi hüseyinbey ertesi gün aradı odanızda detaylı temizlik yapıldı dedi odaya çıktım baktım yine hüsran ,odalar oldukça pis ,yatak altları inanılmaz tüy ve topak dolu ,dolap kapıları kırık (düşmesin diye sıkıştırdım),tv kablosu kopuk yaptım kumanda pili yok satınaldım busefer sadece yabancı kanal dolu ,kasa ücretli,buzdolabı boş (bari su olsa), ikinci gün bağrış larla uyandık elektrik kesintisi yüzünden asansörde kalan mı istersin ,yemek alırken cep telefonu ışığı ile yemek almaya çalışamı , yemek derken tabak bulamadık yemeği bırakıp tabak sırasına girdik şükür tabak lar geldi yemek bitmişti,havuz başında dinlenirken tc vatandaş ı kimi görsem cep tlf elinde oda değişme hatta fark verip mümkünse oteli değiştirme için uzun konuşmalar yapılıyordu,hergün aynı yemek ,hergün aynı kahvaltı (salatalık ,domates bile artık beni bırakın ben kendim çöpe giderim modunda ) Allah'tan otelin karşısında market ler var.ben ilk defa ultra herşey dahil denip su bile bulundurmayan otel bunu gördüm.sahil kum çakıl ama girilen yer yosun ve kayalık.doktor ofisi var ama doktor yok ama kapısı açık herkes kendi tedavisini yapıyor.sahil de kayıp düşen havuzda başını çarpan çarpana.koridorlar halı ve çok kötü,bebek arabası sıkıntı olabilir asansör var ama heryerde rampa yok,animasyon 3 gün boyunca bozuk mikrofon uüzünden sabotaj edildi 4 gün sonunda yeni mikrofon alındı karaoke yaparak kutladık.güvenlik görevlisi olmadığı için koca adamlar çocuk havuzunda ,gece havuz kenarında futbol oynayanlar vs . cocuk lu ve ailece gidilecek bir otel kesinle değil.joly tur un kendi sitesindeki yorumlara sakın kanmayın hep yalan benim sakın aldanıp ta mağdur olmayın.

1-6 Haziran tarihleri arasında Jolly Tur rezervasyonlu olarak arkadaş gurubu ile otelde konakladım. En başta otelin açıklanan konsepti ile gerçekler çok farklı. Plaj bar yok. 600 kişilik otelde plajda 60 kadar şezlong var. Snack bar var deniliyor yok. Bizim ısrarlarımızla sadece hamburger çıkardılar. İtalyan ve Çin restaurantları var deniliyor ama yok. Yemekler lezzetsiz ve çeşit çok az. Sabahları bir adet tava ile krep yapmaya çalışılıyor. Ekmek tek bir çeşit. Haşlanmış yumurtalar bozuk. Sabahları kahvaltıda ve lobby barda karton bardakla çay kahve içiyorsunuz. 5 gün boyunca bir kez omlet yapıldı o da yumurta bitti diye erkenden bitirdiler. Kahvaltılık yiyecekler çok kalitesiz ve çeşit çok az. Odadaki havlular ve çarşaf takımları yırtık ve lekeli çok eski. Kısacası bir daha bu otele gitmem tavsiye de etmem. Otel 4 yıldızı bence haketmiyor. Otelde tatil yerine sinir harbi yaşadım.

It was terrible. they dont leave a paper cloth, i need to ask in reception. they leave us used Toothbrushes and paste in our room. they are not cleand. burgers and ice cream after lunch are rationed. it was terrible experience

When we first came to the hotel,,,, we had doubts, after all we had planned an off-season trip. We just booked the room. the lobby seats were being renovated while we were there, there were both old and new seats... they gave us their renovated room. They informed that all will be renewed in a short time. The new furniture colors close to black are nice. It is more modern and stylish than before. corridor carpets were a bit problematic.... new carpets arrived while we were there. I think we'd better come back in the summer and see everything finished..... it was a smooth and comfortable rest for us. There were many places to visit. We valued every day. I especially recommend you to see Sapadere canyon.... they hosted people who lost their homes in the earthquake before us. we did not see.

First of all the hotel is no one star, everything is terrible starting from the entrance. organizing is less than zero, dirt all around.... let's not talk about the cuisine, the food, there are no names of the foods, The food tables were dirty, the staff cleaned them with a broom, imagine...so please don't waste the money, I really was disappointed with everything, I don't recommend anyone trust me.

I had booked a room in the Scylax Family Club hotel. I was very happy with all the service. I can recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Alanya. In addition, there was a spa and massage and Turkish hammam. there was a person I got to meet in the lobby he was a very nice person and was very helpful named Mustafa. He was very good at his job.
