Amazing family vacation, excellent service, organised all-day program, delicious and varied food. large and comfortable room with a wonderful view, daily maintenance cleaning. A variety of entertainment for children as well. I recommend. I will visit again.

place filthy .2 star max advertising as 4 star ..food disgusting .no selection off drinks or food .room needs a total refurb ..dirty towels smelly carpets .staff very rude and just didn't care avoid at all costs you should be paying people to stay in that dump ...

Had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Reported this daily but was never fixed. The food is awful so had to eat out. It’s not all inclusive as there’s never any bar staff about. When there was there’s very little selection and it’s all very watered down. There’s no way this is a 4 star hotel it’s 2 star at best. Faulty Towers wouldn’t have a look in. Please avoid

Don’t waste your time, we paid for all inclusive and didn’t eat a single meal, we ended up eating out everyday, tried breakfast 1 day and boiled egg was still not cooked in the centre, took over 3 hr transfer from airport so arrived at 2am with no rooms ready they tried to put 4 adults in a double room, we didn’t even have enough blankets and wouldn’t even give and extra when one of the group was cold. Pool was ok but life guard pool staff were reserving them for certain people at 6am before we even had a chance very little to do during the day, and only 1 night was decent entertainment. For the price we paid we expected so much better

Worst holiday ever over 4hrs transfer time room wasn't what I'd booked kept asking for 3days to be moved and nothing was done about this staff wer very rude lacking of English room was very basic with only one thin blanket for bed and one pillow Food was disgusting not even on hot plates and not even covered so.you got flies all.over the food no choice at all.just seemed to be salad breakfast was boiled egg bread or salad lunch was basic pasta or rice which again was cold with fies

The hotel is filthy, the rooms are outdated. We had one working plug socket which was very hard with a young baby. We were told on arrival that no baby bed was in our room (we arrived late) but we would have one the next day for the rest of the holiday, we asked at reception for a further 3 days but still no cot so we just made doo with what we had in the end. We was asking for more toilet roll also for 3 days and we still didn’t get any lucky we had baby wipes and took some from the hotel toilets. Staff in the main reception are rude and don’t speak much English, either that or they just don’t want to help we always felt like we was bothering them when we had a question. There must have been an issue with the drainage system in the hotel as our bathroom and the toilets in the hotel had a really awful smell. The food for us was inedible we ate out for every meal, breakfast was like a salad bar the only change was pancakes one day and omelette the next and dinner was very similar being pasta and then either fish,beef or chicken we paid for all inclusive and wished we hadn’t bothered. The hotel is 3-4 hours from the airport not 2 and there isn’t really much around the hotel itself just a couple of restaurants and shops you would have to travel up to the harbour which is roughly 20-25 mins in a taxi. The slide for the pool was open once the whole time we was there. Entertainment is also lacking music is played from 10pm-11pm on an evening the rest of the time is kids club which consists of a film or cartoons.

The worst hotel ever. Dirty smells place. Never more book holiday in this hotel . Dirty rooms. Dust and rubbish everywhere and boxes for tips. Customers service in reception not friendly. Food on average level. Toilets brr difficult to explain

Dirty smelly s**t hole, food was disgusting didn’t bother eating in the restaurant, everyday was a different processed slop. The bar was cheap wine watery beer or vodka there was a daily cocktail that didn’t change all week but tasted like weak consentrated squash. The room was smelly the toilet seat was broken the shower head fell of the wall every time you turned the shower in or off and the beds were so hard the plastic sun loungers on the beach were more comfortable. The staff (reception) were rude and unhelpful. There is no way that this hotel is a 4 star more like a 2 star at best.

I genuinely don’t even know where to start, first of all this hotel cannot be a 4 start hotel it just can’t. The hotel is so filthy it’s unbelievable; the rooms are so dirty and toilet reeks the AC was leaking dirty water, the whole place smells. The lobby in Block A is so smelly, I promise yous it’s really bad. The staff are so rude, the manager shouted at my cousin and kicked us out of our room as they couldn’t see our reservation even though we should him proof and all he wanted us to pay again, which later did get resolved and love holidays contacted the hotel etc. To whoever is thinking about going to this hotel please don’t, I didn’t read the reviews and went but don’t make the same mistake as us.
