The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

All members of staff were very polite and helpful. I was always greated as I entered the entrance and they always wished me a good day. Very helpful when ever I had a question and were very approachable. I would definitely return to the travel lodge again.

I stay at this hotel regularly every week (key worker) and I’m consistently made to feel welcome and at home! The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and there’s plenty of free parking too! What’s not to love!

We stayed here for a midweek break, our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and informative when we asked about places to visit. Leeds Castle is well worth a visit! It’s only a short walk to the town centre where there lots of shops and places to eat.

A budget-friendly and convenient stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities. The location is great for accessing the motorway, town center, and local attractions like Leeds Castle. Staff are friendly and efficient. While on-site dining is limited and noise can be an issue, it’s a solid choice for an affordable stay.

The hotel provided a lovely quick service on arrival. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The food for breakfast was fine, with a good choice. It was also convenient for the town centre for a walk and a drink.
