The services of Hotel needs bit more customer friendly, as we reached on midnight the sole person at reception was sleeping and we had to wake him up for check-in as well as there was no one to serve water in room till morning 6am. Further the room ambience, fixtures and paint also needs a better housekeeping to give you a feel of what you expect from a hotel charging per night for a triple bed room in a city like Maihar.
