Good hotel with good amenities food was not good for vegetarians other than that everything is good

Property location was excellent, just 400 meters from the colva beach, serene location, very nice swimming pool, families were enjoying pool with kids, nice design rooms with balcony, nice breakfast and food, billiards table, fast room service.

Seep 2024 we 11 frnds went for vacation. Excellent stay, rooms, swimming pool. Nice service. Overall good resort to stay and enjoy vacations with friends and family

Great stay … definitely going back. Was the best place to stay with family/friends, the hotel provided good food and was clean and hygienic. Food was great and room service was to the point. We really appreciated the overall services and hospitality. Must say it’s a neat & clean Property with excellent staff service. Beaches were available at close proximity. Value for money! Hotel room was clean and room service was acceptable. The food was in good taste. Need to improve on amenities maintenance like swimming pool, gym etc

The room was really pathetic and there many cracks on the tiles. Initially when we entered there was a bad smell, and the rooms were unused for so long. Later the flush stopped working and till we checked out the flush was not fixed. The breakfast served was pathetic and caused food poisoning. Even though laundry were added they were too lazy to do it and said we does not provide. Overall it was a really bad experience and waste of money.

Very nice and warm hospitality. Polite staff and tasty food with clean rooms and good amenities. This resort is very much at the perfect place from where you can get the access of the best places in south goa.

The basin is cracked. The bathtub is dirty. There is a smell in the room. No one to assist in carrying the bags.

Property is well maintained, some years back I visited and stayed with much more amenities and was very much satisfied hence this time again I booked it but this time i had average experience as now they have cut it down most of amenities, like shaving kit, slippers, even for fridge and hair dryer we have to request to provide it, on welcome in my last stay they had provided a complimentary wine bottle but this time they have not provided it, they had happy hours for thier guest to enjoy liquor/sof drinks but this time it was also not there, even this time in reception area ac was not working, in play area ac was not working we have requested to provide atleast table fan so that we can play some indoor games, gym was closed and swimming pool was not cleaned required much attention on this part I stayed there for 2 days but pool was very dirty need to renovate the pool as there were algae (हरा शैवाल/सेवार) on the pool wall which keep on coming out in pool water,pool person clean it morning once but once some one entered in the pool it again keep coming out from the pool wall into the water. So overall had average experience this time.
