Bathroom not very clean, breakfast variety could be more American styles. AC was not powerful in this heat.

Easy check in & out. Friendly & helpful staff - both FO & concierge. We use hotel rental car for a trip to Maros, Bantimurung, very professional service. Will stay again 🙏

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, so when I made a complaint, they sent a technician to fix it. The technician spent about 10-15 minutes replacing some relays and then asked me to wait for another 15 minutes to see if the air conditioning would cool enough. Since it still didn't work well, I requested to be moved to another room. They relocated me to a new room, which this all process from a promoted complaint, took approximately 1 hour. While I was sleeping, someone opened my door at 4 am, but fortunately, I had locked it using the latch attached to the back of the door. This startled me and I shouted, then they left, 15 minutes later the reception call me ask for apologize. So silly!

Walls are very thin you can hear doors banging from other rooms, you can hear noises from other rooms and between floors as well. Many Used In-room dining plates are lefts out in the long corridor with leftover food and had to walk past these sights to get to the room, it’s disgusting. Amenities in the room are basic and not 4 stars standard. Rooms are very dimly lit, corridor is very poorly lit, it’s terrible and cannot be considered a 4 stars hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly, that’s the only plus point to the hotel.

Good for solo traveller this hotel have a many facility to give you a something happy . Bathroom is clean , bed is so fluly , amenitis is complate , televisi is good amd have a good channel , internet is fast and stabil , near a center point of makassae city and im very happy to stay in this hotel and next i will Go back to this hotel
