Det är väldigt snyggt. Platsen är fortfarande ny och håller fortfarande på att byggas för de övre våningarna så du bör förvänta dig borrning och smäll då och då. De tar extra (mycket) betalt för färgade handdukar och sängkläder så bättre se upp med dina handdukar/handdukar 😅. Även om du uppenbarligen skulle färga en handduk eftersom det var avsiktligt gjort så...duh. 😑 Du ser inga andra bekvämligheter som du kan få i lägenheter eller hotell. Det är bara ett rum med säng, bord och stolar, skåp, diskbänk och badrum.

The stay is good. Staff are helpful and accomodating. Recommending the location.

Nice, it's just across the mall and very conducive for resting after, very clean and quiet.

I'm only giving good review because I appreciate the staff and security in the lobby who was such a heaven sent. I had issues with other travellers but they were able to resolve it. If I ever come here again, I'll make sure to get NOT THE SHARED ROOM to avoid another encounter with drunk, noisy and scary Chinese people who traumatized me all night. Kudos to the kuyas in the lobby. Thank you for all the help and understanding. And thank you for the free upgrade as a compensation. If I'll be back, I hope to seeing you guys again.

Clean and near my intended appointment.

The lobby is very spacious and clean. They have a waiting area and a very wide space where you can work. The room is very neat and clean. They also have very spacious parking area at the back.

Very nice and clean place to stay if you're in the city. Near the mall so easy to find place to eat and buy necessities. If you have a vihicle no need to worry coz they have lots of parking space. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The only thing we did not like is that there is no internet at the time of our stay and data is quite slow inside the room. Nonetheles we will definitely go back here for it's accesibility and value of money!

Based on my experience staying here for 3 days and 2 nights. Pros: 1. Convenient location VFS / Embassy biometrics appointment office is just across the street from the hotel/flat. 2. Shopwise groceries and Ayala Mall are within walking distance. 3. The hotel/flat features steel fire doors for added safety. 4. Not crowded, offering a more private experience. 5. Peaceful and quiet environment. 6. Ideal for long-term stays and those with early appointments or meetings. 7. Hot shower available. 8. Clean bathrooms and toilets (NO MOULD). 9. Great surrounding area for relaxation or exploration. 10. Comfy bed and comfy pillows 11. Fresh and smells great pillowcases, linen, blanket, bath towels. 12. Friendly and helpful Front of the house / Front desk .  Cons: 1. Presence of hair in the bathrooms and on the floors. (HOUSEKEEPING PLEASE CHECK HAIRS AROUND) 😁 JUST A SUGGESTION: VACUUM THE HAIR IN A WAY THAT MAKES IT EASIER TO REMOVE. 2. NO amenities provided, such as shampoo, soap, dental kits like  toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper, or complimentary bottled water (ACCEPTABLE due to shared room setup and budget friendly flat/hotel). 3. NO internet connection available Overall : GREAT experience I travelled from a far like 6 to 8 hours travel and I was so exhausted and it’s because it’s traffic in Nlex and not a single disappointment I booked in this flat/hotel I rested so well. I finally found a budget-friendly room in Manila with NO small cockroaches, FRESH linens, pillowcases, and a SUPER COMFY BED that smells great. As a light sleeper, I'm easily woken by noise, but at this hotel/flat, I slept soundly from 8 p.m. because it was so quiet there wasn't a single sound to disturb me. I booked a shared room since no single rooms were available, but it was still peaceful and not crowded. There were only two of us that night, and she was very kind she’s from Iloilo City. I’m also grateful to her for sharing some delicious Cebu dried mangoes with me! 😍

Great experience!

The only good thing I can say is the location. If you can book this accommodation if you have appointments with VSF as it is right across the property. Overall stay is so-so. Housekeeping Manager needs to a lot of improvements to do with the cleanliness of the room. Moreover, staffs seemed so unhappy with what they are doing. Management must invest in their customer service trainings.

New building and the stuff are kind

A surprisingly good place to stay. But the biggest lack in the room was not being able to drink water due to lack of anything to drink from (cups or similar) and not having trash/bin in CR. Probably a one-off event but we did have a disturbance to our night from a fire alarm, which could have been handled a lot better by having announcements about it having been handled instead of having multiple guests coming to the lobby asking about it.
