Front desk guy, not flexible enough and giving black face, explain to hil that i had long flight and exhausted needed a room since i arrived earlier than expected but denied. I request for a quick shower if they could provide since i have a meeting at 0930hrs but denied, i ask for dental kit but i was told they charge 30pesos!😏
My goodness, they are only 3 star (not even 3 star) other hotel an provide FOC but every things for them was chargeable.
I ask if i could leave my extra box to their concierge but they front desk guy replied “u could bring it to your room and we could bring it down once the mover arrive” what a stupid idea.
When i book the room, i have stated clearly buy it seems they never bother or shall i say neglect it.
Still need to call HK to ask for it

TV using cable, old way and not smart tv, sound was terrible!
The cushion/bed, u could really feel the spring in your back when u lay down, so i decided to find a corner of the bed more comfortable, i really wanted to change change but i dnt like to be fuzz.
Closet was dusty, hanging cloth they only offer 5 pcs of it
Buffet breakfast spread, scramble egg too dry, hot dog too pale, pancake taste was blunt, they offer margarine instead of butter.
It is great great location but terrible experience
Will definitely will not book a room again.
