The location was perfect; we were within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do. Each room in NNS feels homey and very cozy, that's why my cousin don't want to go home. But what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional staff. We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Jayson and Ms. Nicole for their warm smiles and assistance with our luggage. Mrs. Donna deserves special recognition for her engaging personality and ability to connect with us on a personal level, making us feel truly welcome. A huge thank you also goes out to the housekeeping team, Mr. Peter and Mr. Wayne, for their efficient and friendly service in getting us settled into our room.
