strategic location in the heart of Makati, easy to call for Grab e hailing to board on and off, close to malls like Greenbelt and not far from Bonifacio high street with those high end upscale malls, good job to the staffs too they were very attentive and house cleaning staff were efficient too! The only drawback for me is the water pipe in bathroom was not very good in water flowing, they need to fix that

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Highly recommended to those who want to be near the business district. The room is spacious & complete. I am an sbec member, we always have our staycation at their hotel in manila. This is our first time here in Makati Branch and we'd loved to come back soon.

Spacious rooms, friendly and very accommodating staff. The breakfast had a mini buffet plus a variety of set meals/dishes to choose from. Staff in restaurant for the buffet very accommodating as well

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the staff's warm hospitality made it memorable. Unfortunately, my room faced a building that blocked the city view and the bath gel bottle in my shower room was empty. . I look forward to returning and experiencing the city view next time.

The hotel was very clean and the location was great! Staff were friendly and accomodating. But parking was super tight to go up to and not free.

The place was clean, the room was cozy, staff were really kind and accommodating.

Second time booking here and I just found out that we can request pans and cookware from the housekeeping. They even provided dish soap and sponge upon request. Good hotel location and amenities. Room was clean and with a good view from outside. Hubs and I enjoyed our staycation because we were able to prep meal inside the room. I also appreciate that they are now providing mats inside the room because that was my comment before. One pointer why I did not give perfect rating is because special request for complimentary birthday cake was not provided. While special requests are subject to the hotel, my boyfriend tried to explain the situation but sadly, it was not provided.

We had a great time when we stayed here. The pool is not so crowded, it’s look like we rented it 😂. The location is near at the mall so it is walking distance and it is quite so we got peaceful stay 😍..

The location of this hotel is really great! It’s about a 10 minute walk to a really cool bar street. I highly recommend this hotel.
