Amazing team. Our whole family stayed at Raffles Makati for a family reunion/ wedding. Delicious and fresh breakfast and authentic home cooking.

Lousy service, especially the concierge, even though it is the most expensive hotel in Makati.

The most luxurious hotel in Manila. Afternoon tea and cocktail hour included in the room rate was a great experience! Perfect for special occasions.

Raffles hotel gave us a luxirious experience. Beautiful.rooms and lobby, good foof and excellent customer service. Recommemded it right away to friends and family. Will definetely go back.

This hotel gave a tip top services from the staffs with clean n big room. They are very polite and helpful. Verities of breakfast n free flow of non alcohol drinks served at the lounge. Location is very good with many mall surrounding the area. Makati is very safe area to walk around. I'm so happy through out my stay & definitely will choose this hotel again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Raffles Hotel in Makati, Manila. Room rate includes afternoon tea and free drinks in the evening. The room had high ceilings and the bathroom was clean and large.

Everything was good specially service is very good ,environment,good located hotel ..I love it

생각보다 괜찮았어요 사실 BGC에 살지만 호캉스겸 갔는데 그린벨트도 인접해있고 룸컨디션도 좋았어요 다음에 한 번 더 이용할 계획입니다 조식도 두군데라서 맛도 좋고 인셉션에 한국인 직원도 계셔서 편리하게 이용했어요

1位置不錯，出門吃飯，超市都很近。 2早餐是半自助，有點簡單。 3十年的酒店了，設施有點老舊了。 4送了水果，但一個比一個難吃。

很好的客服服務，很好的馬殺雞，9樓餐廳早餐和午餐食物也都很好吃下午茶☕️。希望下次有機會再去海默光臨。
