Emaar Al Khalil recensioner

We booked 24m 2 family rooms, but as per size the dosnt even look like 15m room. Informed at reception about the size of the room but they said its for advertisement purpose only. Room was so consisted couldn't even stand 3 people at a time no spare space left. Taken over by 3 bed. It was actually 2 bed room but forcefully made 3 beds. Bathroom was too tidy and water dripping from sink. There was electric hazard and the door lock was broken hardly locked. The only things was positive ots location and at main busy road. Dosnt worth the money. Never going to book again due to its service, hazards, room size, broken toilet seat and front door locker etc.

Extremely average hotel nothing fancy. Booked a 3 bed room with a tiny washroom that had drain issues. A young boy at the reception was very nice and chill but the other guy had some attitude issues. Book this hotel only if you wish to stay in makkah for 1-2 days otherwise you’ll suffer. Only good thing is it’s close to Haram.

On arrival check in promptly and with nice manner. The rooms size is not too big. Pictures are not same as on advertised. Bed sheets are white and not with different colours. Bathroom is so tinny hardly can’t stand inside. Location is not far from home by walking distance and on busy road.

Location is nice. I booked two single beds room and beds were so small. Bathroom was so small, hard to take shower. There was noise outside my room, not soundproof. Air condition was noisy. Staff was nice.

“Cheap” hotel close to Masjid Al Haram. The letdown is when the receptionist got easily distracted by others asking him instead of serving me first!

Receptionist (Mr. Muhassalam) was so kind, helpfull. Cleaning service also so friendly. I, personally, recommend this hotel to stay for umrah trip. Can see clock tower from my room window.

Stayed in Emaar Al Khalil for 5 nights in Jan 2025, enjoyed the stay, 7-10 minutes walk from Masjid Al Haram, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I’d like to thank Johirul Islam who works as a house keeper who went above and beyond to help us.

Toilets were very smelly and despite the start being keep and helpful, still had issues.  Staff were very efficient, keep, helpful and prompt in helping with the situation.

The service was poor (moved us to different rooms) and took 2h of check in.

A very good location- approx 15-20mins walk to haram and good amenities nearby

I booked this hotel for one day, but after I confirm, I check the date I chose is a different date. After that I contact to the customer care to change my actual date event I submitted  my ticket but still they didn’t accept my request, I didn’t ask for my money back or refund. I just asked for change the date.I was really disappointed and I never book this hotel anymore.

Pathetic booked 2 rooms turned up and found out only one room was given. Liars stay away

Bathrooms are very small and old not so comfy rooms are too small no room service at all location is great 10 min walking
