Receptionist (Mr. Muhassalam) was so kind, helpfull. Cleaning service also so friendly. I, personally, recommend this hotel to stay for umrah trip. Can see clock tower from my room window.

Bathrooms are very small and old not so comfy rooms are too small no room service at all location is great 10 min walking

Very good service and good location

The hotel is in the perfect location, 8-10mins walk away from the Kaaba/Haram. The hotel is nice and clean, the room was a decent size but the bathroom was a little small yet functional. Hotel has plenty of lifts and has the best massage chair in the reception area, which does amazing things to ease the pain! Brother Munif at reception was helpful, gave us information about taxi’s to Mount Hira and Madinah, places to get good coffee and tea, as well as being a nice humorous guy. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are ample places to eat at near the hotel, which are all cheap and tasty! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! Thank you again! :-)

Only to smal for 3 people in a room Rooms verry smal only for two people

Room was smaller than showed in pictures. Didn’t provide complimentary toothbrushes, comb or anything. Just provide two towels and shampoo, body wash bottle was empty. I gave them towels and ask for fresh one but they didn’t provide even I call at front desk, then I accidentally saw that housekeeping cart and guy so I asked him and he has only two towels so he gave me. Put the housekeeping tag out of my door for two day and even say to that guy personally to change the bedsheets but he didn’t till the date I left. Other things were fine.

Good place, helpful staff and m.karim was very nice. Over all a nice under budget place.

Overall I recommend the hotel. We had the best time It's very near to haram shareef. Recommended. Thanks

Smell was terrible and room is small

Good service, young boyes working hard they doing their best but few of old Chavez looking angry and tired. No one understand English but overall 😄

I arrived early morning 10 am and hotel refused to provide rooms and my family was staying at street. I did request to cancel the booking and the hotel reception advised to cancel through trip.com then I discovered i was fully charged and the hotel refused to refund me back. Really it was very bad experience and i advise everyone to avoid this hotel
