This was not my first time at Address Jabal Omar, and it certainly won’t be my last! The service remains outstanding, just like the warm welcome and the delicious breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive, making you feel truly special. One of the best features is the direct access to the Haram via an elevator that takes you to C1, from where it’s just a 3-minute walk. Otherwise, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services for added convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality in Makkah!

Nice hotel, highly recommended for those coming to Mecca.

We received a free upgrade from the kind hotel concierge lady upon checking in, we were so surprised and pleased by this upgrade. From city view to partial haram view, it was amazing masha Allah! The room was so big! The musollah was gorgeous despite the unexpected size, as I thought it would be bigger. I love the set up of the restaurant buffet, so during breakfast it feels cozy and homey but I wish there would be more variety of food like the other jabal omar hotels that we have stayed before. It could be due to their sustainability efforts so that could contribute to less food waste, I guess? As for the location wise, walking down was easy to the haram however going back by walking up the hill after completion of umrah was quite painful. We would appreciate if the hotel provide a thorough video explanation of the shuttle bus access during check ins. But other than that, we managed to figure out the shuttle bus service and indeed they are very fast *************! We were given late check out as requested ************* so we can maximise our prayers in the masjid as we have a late night flight. Do take note that uber taxis does not pick up from the hotel except for Careem. Hopefully they will open up a mall within the Address Hotel itself so that it will be easy to find lunch and dinner for our meals. We ordered dinner through room service for our first night and despite the food came an hour later, the portion size and the taste was so scrumptious and yummy! Definitely worth more to pay for the room service rather than paying for the meals at the buffet restaurant!

Really nice 5* hotel only small thing to keep in mind is you need to take a shuttle which takes you to a lift to the masjid. Apart from that hotel was really clean and big and had an amazing view of the masjid from my window, would recommend

The availability of a wide variety of halal food was a huge advantage. This is especially important for travelers with specific dietary preferences. The food was fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The hotel’s location was another highlight – close to many shops and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Guangzhou. I highly recommend Guangzhou Planet Concept Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. It’s definitely become one of my favorites!

The A/C in the room 2-2107 stop working. We called the maintenance department and 10 minutes later a technician came. After checking the temperature and the system on the ceiling he found nothing. He said you need to be removed to another room. We called back the receptionist and they said get ready to be transferred to another room. From 10.45 to 14.30 no one turned up after 3 visits to the reception. Each time they said someone is coming to take you to the other room 2-1815

We have come to Makkah and Madina a lot of times but this was by far the best trip ever because of our stay at the Address hotel. The location, proximity to the Haram and the staff, everything is absolutely amazing. Special special thanks to Nawaf Barnawi and Yuosef Saban who gave us the best check-in experience ever. I could not have asked for more and will be coming to this hotel again and again. Amazing hotel and staff. Anyone who says its far and etc etc, its not correct. Thank you.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent. The C1 (elevator) walk to haram is better than the shuttle from the lobby. However some staff members seem a little distracted with chatter as I was waiting for assistance at the end of my stay. All other experience with staff was good.

The front desk service in both towers are short in staff but the staff are very helpful, also no one have told us about the facility in the hotel or explain to us about the buffet timing, the food and the organization in the buffet was poor in quality and variety. I’ve seen better in Mecca.
