Really nice 5* hotel only small thing to keep in mind is you need to take a shuttle which takes you to a lift to the masjid. Apart from that hotel was really clean and big and had an amazing view of the masjid from my window, would recommend

The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with attention to every detail. One of the standout features for me was the dining experience. The availability of a wide variety of halal food was a huge advantage. This is especially important for travelers with specific dietary preferences. The food was fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The hotel’s location was another highlight – close to many shops and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Guangzhou. I highly recommend Guangzhou Planet Concept Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. It’s definitely become one of my favorites!

The A/C in the room 2-2107 stop working. We called the maintenance department and 10 minutes later a technician came. After checking the temperature and the system on the ceiling he found nothing. He said you need to be removed to another room. We called back the receptionist and they said get ready to be transferred to another room. From 10.45 to 14.30 no one turned up after 3 visits to the reception. Each time they said someone is coming to take you to the other room 2-1815

Great hotel with a great view of the Haram

Nice Hotel

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, which overall offers a decent experience. The hotel is notably clean and boasts a partial view of the Kaaba from Tower 2, 8th floor. However, the view is not of the Kaaba itself, but rather its surroundings. Unfortunately, the alternative view from the room overlooks a construction site, which is quite unpleasant. One downside is the lack of some basic amenities: there were no toothbrushes or hairdryers provided in the room, which I would expect from a 5-star establishment. On a positive note, the shuttle service to the Haram is excellent—it's very fast, taking only about 3 minutes, and there's no waiting time. This convenience is a major plus for anyone looking to visit the Haram frequently. Despite a few shortcomings, the hotel is okay for a 5-star rating, mainly due to its cleanliness and efficient shuttle service.

Great stay. Little bit confusing at first because this hotel is very big. But, overall it's very recommended.

The hotel is excellent location for MECCA trip to QIBLA and HARAM We enjoyed our stay and staff was very helpful and professional. It was great experience to say prayers on top foyer of the hotel which is unique to this building and excellent architechure of the hotel. Very close to all facilities

The hotel allowed me to have early check-in which very much appreciated. They front desk guy seem occupied and didnt attended to me but fortunately the lady is very kind and help me through the checkin process very well. Thank you
