Al Ebaa Hotel recensioner

Må Guds frid, välsignelser och barmhärtighet vara över dig. Jag kontaktade hotellledningen och det kom inget svar från ledningen efter att jag informerat dem om problemet jag stod inför. Problemet som hände under en av bönerna medan vi var i den heliga moskén, någon gick in i rummet och öppnade en av påsarna och tog en summa pengar från påsen. Jag informerade ledningen om att ni skulle se över kameran från det att jag gick in på hotellet tills jag gick därifrån, och tyvärr har det inte kommit fram till denna dag något svar.

Hotellet är mycket utmärkt, servicen är också utmärkt, och personalen är mycket artig och samarbetsvillig, från receptionen till städpersonalen, alla var mycket respektfulla. Priset är också bra jämfört med priserna på hotellen runt omkring, och avståndet till Haram var mycket normalt för mig, cirka 10-15 minuter.

The hotel is clean and about 10 Minutes away from Al Masjed Al Haram (for easier way as for Anjum Hotel shortcut) it is recommended

First of all, if you are looking for a place within walking distance, this is not the place. Do not pay extra for breakfast. Breakfast is very limited, the hotel is very crowded and has a very small dining room, you have to wait in line. Water overflows from the bathroom drain. Otelin herhangi bir ses izolasyonu yok. All the horn sounds and engine sounds on the street in front of you are completely inside your room. There are also abnormally loud noises in the corridor, and this is completely inside your room. Brother, this is not a cheap hotel. Either stay in a really cheap hotel or add a little more money and stay in a hotel inside the clock tower. The only good thing I can say is the staff.

Nice location, friendly staff, most of the time I couldn’t get hot water out of the shower, thankfully the city was hot enough.

Not a 4 star as advertised. Probably a 2 star. Location is OK because but a distance from the clocktower. It is a chaotic walk back and forth, through a sea of people and cars (no traffic lights), and lots of hills. Breakfast was fitting for a 2 to 3 star. Staff were nice (mostly). If you're ok with a 2 star that is about 1 km to the Clocktower, this may be for you. I would not recommend for families or elderly.

It's nearby Haram area little bit uphill to the hotel. Short cut walk via Hotel Anjum when the weather is hot.

We stayed at El Ebaa for one night before moving to a place closer to Masjidil Haram. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a reasonable price. If you don’t mind a bit of extra walking, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Location is ideal. Services need improvement. There must be universal electrical sockets in each room.

I had to wait until check up time even tho I had an old man with me and I needed room asap

Location near from anjum hotel, but access from the hotel to Haram must be uphill

Just behind the hilton and other top hotels. Only 10 min walk to haram but has a some uphill for me it was fine. It is just on the main Omm ul Qura road so taxi or buses are close too. I mostly walked to and from the hotel. Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will book again this hotel. I could see haram pillars and clock tower and other top hotels view.
