The hotel was very good and clean, stuff was friendly, near the hotel there are a lots of shops and restaurants

I booked executive room & expect a great amenities , the toilet is way too small.I arrived in Makkah early and sent an email two days before my arrival if I Check in little early but the hotel appear to be clueless about my request. The receptionist can speak fluent English witch is great for Non Arabic speaking guest.

Our experience staying here was absolutely delightful. While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

A bad experience The employees have smiling faces But I stayed in a room smaller than the room I was supposed to stay in for 3 days, and they said that they apologized for not having the scheduled room available, as the room never gets sunshine. As for tissues, water, towels, etc., you must request them and they will give them to you in installments. For example, bathroom tissue is one package, and when you run out, call us and we will bring it to you. Water is only two bottles of water for each room. The toilet wins the award for the smallest bathroom in the world with its wall Cleanliness 50% They also did not clean the room, and when we returned in the evening, we asked them to clean the room, and we stayed outside the room for 15 minutes until the cleaning was finished. As for the place from the outside, it suggests luxury and is very beautiful There are limited services around it There is a bus that takes you to the Holy Mosque in Mecca and returns you to the hotel continuously تجربه سيئه الموظفين وجوههم بشوشه و لكن اقمت في غرفه اصغر من الغرفة المفروض اقيم فيها و لمدة 3 ايام و قالو انهم يعتذرون لعدم توفر الغرفة المقرره، الغرفة لا تدخلها الشمس ابدا. اما المناديل و الماء و المناشف و غيرها فانه يجب ان تطلبها طلب و سوف يعطوك اياها بالتقصيط مثال: مناديل الحمام علبه واحده و عندما تخلص اتصل علينا و سوف نحضر لك، الماء فقط قنينتين ماء لكل غرفه، التواليت يحصل على جائزة اصغر حمام في العالم بجداره النظافه 50% كما انهم لم يقومو بتنظيف الغرفه و عندما عدنا في المساء طلبنا منهم تنظيف الغرفه و بقينا 15 دقائق خارج الغرفة حتى ينتهي التنظيف اما المكان من الخارج فهو يوحي بالفخامه و هو جميل جدا يوجد حوله خدمات محدوده يوجد باص ياخذكم للحرم المكي و يعيدكم للفندق بشكل مستمر

It's a new hotels . Rooms are clean but quite small for a family . Overall good stay

Check inn time was bit long. Excellent Property with Normal Design. Toilets are too small, which I received. Far From Haram, Need long waiting for bus and long walk to attend worship. cleanliness are good.

Great hotel in Saudi Arabia, breakfast full of delicious food rooms are very nice bus service are available for drop off and pick up, great restaurants good prices, it’s our second time.

I will definitely give it 5 stars if they take the schedule for free bus to masjid Promise only what you can delivered You wrote every 20 mnts while reality when the bus get full which mislead poeples for timing.schedule. I will still stay here but I will arrange my own transportation to avoid frustration.
