Emaar Grand Hotel recensioner

Mycket överbelastat rum med mycket små enkelsängar, jag hade beställt standard dubbelrum men de många oss 4-sits rum med mycket liten enkelsäng som är mycket obekväma. städningen är inte särskilt bra. mycket nedslående. Jag bad trip.com att avbryta eller ändra min bokning eftersom jag var mycket besviken över detta rum där vi inte kan anpassa oss ordentligt men inget tillfredsställande svar från en medlem, som jag också fick ett tillfredsställande svar från. med trip.com men de gjorde mig besviken också.

Utmärkt läge för Masjid Al-Haram, hotellets exteriör var för bra och deras bönesal var för bra Masha Allah men rummen är för små för de 3 bäddarna och 4 bäddarna. Toaletterna är för mindre än min kontorshiss 😔 inte bekvämt för att duscha osv.

It felt still a long walk with children and the bathroom needs an update. Breakfast was the same on all days and could have done with fruits and different style of eggs.

The hotel is clean, and it’s conveniently located about 10 to 12 minutes walk from the Haram

The reception was aweful. They sent me coupons to dinner for two nights. And they shocked me while refusing me last day breakfast which I already paid during bookings and they gave me justification that I had dinner already. I couldn’t make myself clear because the reception staff is annoying and only understand Arabic.

Room clean and spacious. A bit far from Haram 15-20 mins walk.  Check in was a problem. My reservation not in system.

Plus point - near to haram, hardly 7 minutes wal, quick check in and supportive staff. Negative - breakfast - not tasty as such, room size smaller with limited mobility if you are three or more, smaller washrooms.

I enjoyed with this hotel and a fantastic service provided to me during my stay.

hotel was good also the location but service was really bad specially the front desk.the man was really rude to me and my family.was nit giving us the rooms keep saying i have no booking.he was keep saying my booking is fake and trip.com rubbed us.he was acting like ladies.

Had a bad stay at the hotel 1. AC broken 2. When asked to fix the AC takes 2 hours to come 3. Tell me it’s fixed but problem starts again in 30 mins 4. After going back and fourth for a while finally decided to change rooms 5. When moved into room bathroom wasn’t cleaned 6. Safe was unable to use so took them another 2 hours to fix 7. Locked out of room for an hour had to go downstairs 3x to get someone to come open the door 8. Because of these guys mess ups, I missed many salaahs in the haram

Great place, I would stay there with my family again. Close to Haram - friendly staff and good amenities.

Everything was very good but room service was not good they don’t clean toilet and change sheets regularly
