Firstly, location is not cleared. Secondly, the receptionist first told us that we have no booking despite showing him the details mentioned. Next, we wait for 15 to 20 minutes to explain him how to check booking. Hotel's entrance was extremely dirty with sewerage water running all over the place. Extremely unpleasant and mentally traumatic experience for me to stay in such a hotel.

When i reach hotel for checking at 11 pm night, they told me that in your name there is no reservation, i have shown my bookings, confirm which i have got from concerned they didn’t agree, they are saying that we did not have any mail confirmation in your name, i told them to show me your booking guest list in that my name was there i told to to see it they are saying it’s booking no is different from
