Our stay at Elaf was very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early, and our rooms weren't ready, but we were able to leave our bags and freshen up in the bathroom before conducting our umrah. It's a short walk away to the Haram, so you can nip back to your room to freshen up before continuing with your prayers.

Thanks to helpful staff especially Mr. Abdulkareem. He was cooperative and helped me in my visit to Makkah. I would appreciate to give some guidance to your visitors especially families that the road to your hotel will be closed in certain timings of the day

Me and my husband had a room in this beautiful hotel , everything was perfect, the staff was friendly and welcoming especially Miss Amani and miss nada and miss aseel they was very helpful and was smiling the whole time, and the food was so delicious and I like everything, I will always choose Elaf

It’s not bad but I think will be go again I love people working there they are very nice and friendly and they have great food and they are always so welcoming and kind to everyone especially the restaurant staff they are always very friendly and helpful

I had great time at Elaf, staff was very helpful and accommodating! The room and the prayer are as well as breakfast were super. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for nice hotel with acceptable walking distance from haram. The ajyad area has lots of supermarkets and average restaurants that serves the purpose!

Staff were amazing all so polite reception was easy check in all so kind the room service staff were excellent.everything was done right on time like any problems served us great great location from al haram I was satisfied with all the services I received I would definitely stay here again in the future i recommend staying here

The staff is very helpful and they have an awesome attitude, hotel location is great and nearby the kaaba and everything is good. I recommend going there and getting the best experience possible for your trip. Hotel have a free breakfast for all rooms

This is my first time experience, that I booked a hotel room by myself for umra. usually it is always managed by a travel agent. And I was prepared for bad horror experiences such as hotel booking being canceled without notification, bad service, broken and dirty hotel facilities. But that all disappeared because my booking hotel went very well without any problems. The hotel served me very well and quickly even though I arrived at midnight. Thank you to Nada receptionist who served me very well, she called me to ask if I need some favors or unsatisfied services. And also the very friendly room boys, Imran and Nazeer, serve with a smile, always offering help. Overall this hotel is very good, all the facilities and amenities in the rooms are complete. There is no damaged furniture, everything functions very well. Thank you for making my Umra comfortable without any worries.

The bathroom / washroom cleanliness was so bad that we could not even breathe. The room window's locking latch was loose and windows didn't close properly. The bath area was full of old fungus and was not cleaned properly despite the complaint.

My moms recent stay at this hotel during her Umrah trip was quite pleasant. The accommodation offered good value for the price paid. What truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ezam Abufaiz. His assistance with luggage was greatly appreciated and contributed to a comfortable stay.
