The hotel was too close to harm less than 5 minutes. The room service was very good. Very clean and comfortable

Terrible customer service. Being Hilton Honors Gold member I found the customer service at reception to be extremely rude and uncomfortable. They act like hotel owners with extreme pride and arrogance. Blamed us for not paying for our room service when we definitely did . We paid over 15000 SAR to stay here and they blamed us for 100 Riyal room service. Won't let us check out because of that. Worst service ever.

Everything was perfect! However, breakfast included was not for Iftar and that’s created an issue. They should clearly state: breakfast is for “Sohoor” and not confuse anyone.

Truly 5 star services. We had an amazing stay. Room was spacious and could view Masjid Al Haram. Breakfast was also excellent. If you ever stay here, please make sure you look for Mahmoud Saleh at the restaurant, he made our experience during the breakfasts worthwhile

It do not have Kaaba view. But still the view of Haram courtyard gives a beautiful view Breakfast was awesome specially they gave kids discount only 10 USD per kid

5 star hotel near kaaba and really lives up to its standards. They can improve on their breakfast buffet. Its a nice spread but I find most of the food are carb and less protein.

The overall experience at the hotel was good. Its location is a convenient 3 to 4-minute walk from the Haram, though the slope on the way back can be a bit challenging for older individuals—but it's manageable. The food quality stood out, with fresh and delicious options. I particularly fell in love with the croissants; they were irresistibly fresh and crispy. The room size and furniture were comfortable and met expectations. However, one peculiar observation was the noticeable smell in the hallway, which I couldn't quite place.

It was a wonderful experience. Very convenient location and best service.
