Imperial Heritage Hotel Melaka–City Centre-Free Himalayan Salt Room Access–Free Wifi–Free Parking

First trip to Malacca with my family! Overall a pleasant experience with the hotel. Excellent location that is near to Jonker Street and other attractions. Though the corridors look a little rundown, we were glad the rooms were clean :) Amenities were quite limited, especially the gym, so do bear in mind!

- The room cleanliness was average. - There are an iron and ironing board. - The bathroom was clean, but the shower section is narrow & somehow wrongly designed. - I wore room slippers as the floor was not sufficiently clean. - The hotel is right next to Dataran Pahlawan Mega Mall, which is a plus point to me. - The hotel car park is in a different building adjacent to the hotel. It's somewhat limited, so I parked my car & did not drive out during my stay. The best options would be to walk or take Grab cars. - To buy Malacca snacks & souvenirs, I went to Ole Ole Melaka at Pahlawan Walk Market, which is about 750 metres away. The outlet is a one stop shop, the sales staff are not pushy and friendly, highly recommended to go there. - For lunch, I went to Asam Pedas Selera Kampung (right next to Pahlawan Walk Market). It's a very popular restaurant, and I was spoilt with dish choices.

My favourite place to stay when in Melaka. Strategic location, very near/accessible/walking distance to every attractions in Melaka and Dataran Pahlawan. Eventho my room rates doesnt inc breakfast, we were given a complimentary Hi Tea at London Bus Cafe, serving local delicacies. Their staff/workers are very friendly and welcoming too. Will deff come back again❤️

The experience is super unpleasant. Book a room that looks exactly different from the photo shown, different in floor tile, different in curtain colour, different in view. Raise my request at the counter to change to room that match with the photo, without deeper search she will say the rest of the room is fully booked, no other available unit that is changeable and she doesn’t show any intention to solve the problem.

The location is ideal for visiting major heritage landmarks. If you enjoy walking, you’ll find it easy to explore the local night market, streets, malls, and landmarks. The room is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Hotel location is convenient to move around. Many restaurants around and shopping Malls. Room needs better cleaning of dust. Aircon need to service and it’s noisy.

Great location with free parking, walking distance to malls and the famous jonker street. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I already stay here almost 10 times & always satisfied. But not this time. My room is ok. But the bathroom is bad. There's mold within the mat & it's smell like public toilet. The television always shown No Signal. Technician already fix it once but tomorrow its happen again.

Regular guest at this hotel due its excellent location close to the main tourist attractions, eateries and shopping malls. Room is comfortable and quite spacious. My usual grouse is the tiny shower cubicle that leaves splashes of water on the bathroom floor. But overall, a satisfactory stay.
