Imperial Heritage Hotel Melaka–City Centre-Free Himalayan Salt Room Access–Free Wifi–Free Parking recensioner

Below are my overall feedback on the hotel based on my ranking from worst to best: 1. The parking area is cramped in space and no elevator, there is a link bridge but on level 3 only. You may unload your stuffs on lobby for the hotel staffs to help you out 2. The shower area is dangerous that could lead to an accident/injury, i bumped my elbow to the concrete slab and it’s very hazardous 3. The air conditioner takes about 2 hours to cool down the room completely, you may check in early by requesting with the hotel based on availability basis 4. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful 5. The hotel location is well strategic

Imperial Heritage Hotel, good location area where it’s easy to move around in Melaka. It’s easy to move around the Historical City of Melaka. Shopping and Eatery are everywhere. Variety types of foods to enjoy. 😉

Great location, just opposite mall, and walking distance to Formosa. many food and massage options around. Room looks abit old, but still comfortable to stay in.

location near dataran pahlawan and a famosa & jonker street,nearby also have a lot of food stall and restaurant if u lazy to drive this hotel suitable,hotel room are Big air cond so cool,breakfast is buffet style a lot food can choose,recommend traveler👍🏻

Check in was very unwelcoming. Room was big but dusty. Very old and no way it’s 4 star. Had the Chinese New Year buffet, extremely disappointing. Got voucher for high tea. Was supposed to be from 15:00 to 19:00. We got there at 17:30 and food ran out already. Asked any food coming was told NO.!!!! Overall extremely disappointed and will not recommend or stay here ever again. Aircon doesn’t work properly.

Very big apartment suitable for large families in an unbeatable location just opposite Dahtaran Palawan Mall and Melaka Raya eateries and shops within walking distance behind the hotel. However, the hotel needs some renovation as the kitchenette and wardrobe cabinets are looking dated, and it would be good to introduce a safer way to cross the busy street to access the mall opposite. There was no hot water in the shower during our 2 day stay, hope this issue has been fixed.

Center of town..good comfortable place and easy to see the city from here.

the best hotel ive been in Melaka.. just next to dataran pahlawan and A'famosa.. have good breakfast and good thai restaurant. will surely come again.. love Melaka vibe.. best hotel in the city

Nice hotel to stay as it is very close to most of attractions in Bandar Hilir but the shower area too small to be used.

Very good location and 15mins walking distance to Red House & Jonker St. Opposite Plaza Pahlawan. Spacious junior suite and executive room. Recommended to those that want to walk to places of interest as roads blocked on weekends

The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring a wide range of fresh and tasty options. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Imperial Heritage Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melacca. It offers great value for money, a prime location, and excellent service—making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Good stay Holiday with families All good Opposite have MacDonald, Watson , gold smith, chocolate dessert. Nearby got baskin robins , nyona restaurant, western restaurant, groceries shop incase need extra water.

The hotel is located at Melaka city Center in front of Dataran Pahlawan near Mahkota Parade shopping complex. The room & amenities are just ok. The parking lot is provided free by the hotel. Staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.
