Spacious room with two big single beds and a couch.
There are iron, hair dryer, small fridge, electric stove, room slippers, and many more.
Great breakfast with many choices. I love the cappuccino the most.
Free Car park provided only at level 7/8... A long way to climb from the ground haha.
My only complaint is the wall of the washroom. It's quite transparent. People from outside can see you and what you are doing inside 🙊. It's not suitable if you stay with children.

My 1st ever experiance at this hotel was SUPERB! ❤️ except fr the parking level (quite spooky when it comes to night) but so far so good, got cctv 🖲️ also the lift, i waited abt 10mins to get into the lift (maybe it happen during peak hrs). The rest are so well in place 👍🏻 can see my pics as reference 🫰🏻LEVEL 31th UNLOCKED! 🔓

Lift service is very poor (16th September 2024, time: 5-6 pm). Waiting time is so long and I have to decide using stairs from level 17 to 9. From level 9 (pool level) to 17 there is a guard controlling the traffic. Seems like the guard is using a walkie talkie and manages to pick passengers at a certain level 😮💨. not sure la.
No WIFI connection in the staying room
Various breakfast from western to eastern cuisine
Staff very polite and helpful.
Walking distance to Kampung Morten (5-10 minutes)

Good things is place are convineance for family trip, breakfast was delicous ,near to facilities like swiming pool and ,gym and also reception was very helping but need improvement in lift and maintanence service was bad ..hotel till high sky but only 4 lift and use for all laundry ,service very bad need to wait till one hour for lift ,maintanence need to improve hotel was look old and not clean properly so many dust and toilet slippery 😡😡
I not recommend to stay here if for big family and who are in high expectation for a good location to stay

Hotel is with shopping mall. KFC available, Starbucks, food court, mini-mart and etc. Along the Melaka river for your travels and near many eateries. Very convenient place to stay. The hotel comes with facilities like swimming pools and gym. Sky restaurant PAMPAS and observatory at the top floor for enjoying the view.

Room is spacious.
2 twin beds and still have space to walk.
There are 3 swimming pools at level 9 but no swimming towel will be provided.
The location is around 15 mins walk to Jonker Street.
Nearby have local food , Nyonya Restaurant and longkan Siham , Mahkota Ice Kacang and etc.
Lack of maintenance, the rooms and facilities.
Lift need to wait long time especially peak hour.
Free Carpark at level 7 & 8 . But need car enter to car park so can detect the car plate number then register with front desk help. It is free for multiple entry for the stay.

Stayed at The Shore for 2 nights over the Merdeka holidays. Had 2 connecting rooms on 32nd floor. Did not face much problem going up and down the lifts. View was great and did see fireworks because of the Merdeka celebrations.
Since it was our first hotel booking here we were very confused with the parking layout. Signs should be bigger and brighter to direct guests to the correct lift ie Tower 1 to The Shore and Tower 2 to the Swiss Garden hotel.
Check in was a breeze but was a bit surprised as housekeeping is not done on a daily basis. If you need towels and refreshments you need to make a request at the reception.

I encountered an erroneous parking fee charge on Level 7 due to a staff member's input error regarding my vehicle's license plate number. Despite explicitly confirming the accuracy of the number prior to registration, the mistake still occurred. Regrettably, neither a refund nor compensation was provided. Furthermore, our hotel room had multiple cockroaches, and a used hotel slipper was found beside the bed. Additionally, several guests reported experiencing lengthy waiting times, approximately 1 hour, for the elevators during peak periods.
