Need regular maintenance and improvements on the cleanliness. Lots of parking space. Good location Have 7-11 bearby

Great hotel with good location. Lots of restaurants around the area. Even going to town is not far away. Friendly staffs St front office too.

Overall is very good but try avoid staying there during Friday and Saturday night because the road in front of the hotel is straight and is bikers favorite spot for their midnight racing. Illegal bike racing start on Friday and Saturday night at 3am and the racing sound pollution is annoying and cannot sleep at all from 3am till 4am.

Overall, the experience was mostly satisfactory or above. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent. However, the hallway outside the room was a bit warm. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but it wasn’t recorded in their system. Also, the attitude of the staff at the restaurant front desk wasn’t very pleasant. That said, everything else was quite good.

Come again because we love to stay here. Strategic place. Good food. Good facilities.

Parking easy around the hotel Hotel need to install anything under the door to avoid any sound from outside especially on the door to aircond outdoor unit

It’s very noisy at night coz on the main road. The only thing is acceptable for the price

Been staying in E-Red which is nearby. And Grand Flora hotel is almost identical to E-Red other than this is cleaner, newer and a higher grade. Of course the price is also slightly higher. Great hotel overall will stay again 👍

We stayed for three days and two nights, including breakfast. I was very disappointed that the breakfast was the same on both days. We came to dine at 9.30am the next day, but a lot of food was gone and the waiter did not refill it. My husband asked him if there was still porridge? The first time it said it was cooking, the second time it said it was gone, so the convenience of breakfast needs to be improved. The room is very clean and there are restaurants nearby

The hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds and pillow. Although the rooms doesn’t comes with a bath tub but we loved the shower as water pressure is super strong! Its location closed to many eateries and has very nice boutique just next to it. The only improvement the hotel should quickly fix is to provide tvbox channels for guests which many hotels now have

I came here after leaving my airbnb in a rush - it was infested with cockroaches after I came back from dinner and I was in extreme distress. Chose a hotel this time round and I’m glad there were no more awful surprises.

The hotel room was great. Comfortable room and surrounded by restaurant & cafe.

A wonderful stay. Front desk is efficient Bed very comfy and sheets felt very new Nearby there are many restaurants to try. From satay to Peranakan places. Zus Coffee is across the road too :)

Unpleasant welcome experience. Kita nak check in receptionist sibuk dengan air mixue yg baru sampai. Argue dgn staff foreigner ni air siapa tu air siapa. Walhal, customer dah berdiri depan counter receptionist. Not professional at all. The partner pun bila dia dah nampak staff receptionist 1 tu bergaduh pasal air, boleh je terus welcome the guest and minta check in dekat counter lagi 1. I think you kena ajar your staff some etiquette la when handling with guest.
