Grand Flora Hotel recensioner

We stayed for three days and two nights, including breakfast. I was very disappointed that the breakfast was the same on both days. We came to dine at 9.30am the next day, but a lot of food was gone and the waiter did not refill it. My husband asked him if there was still porridge? The first time it said it was cooking, the second time it said it was gone, so the convenience of breakfast needs to be improved. The room is very clean and there are restaurants nearby

The hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds and pillow. Although the rooms doesn’t comes with a bath tub but we loved the shower as water pressure is super strong! Its location closed to many eateries and has very nice boutique just next to it. The only improvement the hotel should quickly fix is to provide tvbox channels for guests which many hotels now have

I came here after leaving my airbnb in a rush - it was infested with cockroaches after I came back from dinner and I was in extreme distress. Chose a hotel this time round and I’m glad there were no more awful surprises.

The hotel is clean, good location and friendly staffs. Staff will quickly respond to any help. Good location surrounds with restaurants. A big food court nearby with delicious food.

A wonderful stay. Front desk is efficient Bed very comfy and sheets felt very new Nearby there are many restaurants to try. From satay to Peranakan places. Zus Coffee is across the road too :)

very clean and neat hotel. The room is spacious and equipped with bottle water, coffee, tea, slippers and toiletries. The breakfast is optional, but surrounding there are many shops and restaurants where you can choose for more local food.

Firstly , i will like to say sorry with my bad review . This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel , have already mention remark to the hotel that i want the clean room . Last time found that there is chili sos and hair on the bed , and this time still the same .... The hair is on the table , bed , toilet and chair .... Ask for extra pillow , but counter say that full booking no extra pillow .... The lift also scary , break down .... This is my last time visit this hotel . Sorry again to this hotel

Room is big and clean. Front desk is friendly. A lot of parking lots. Breakfast is normal and acceptable. It is near to Jonker Street and nearby that is a McDonald’s, The Coffee Bean, Burger King, Uniqlo and Jaya Grocer.

Perfect location

Hotel is at good location, easy access to Chinese and Indian, dubai restaurants, back street with laundry shops , walking distance KFC , WiFi password need to change after 24 hours , overall good

The toilet was unpleasant. We activated the room cleaning service button, but the staff didn’t clean the room when we returned at night.

The environment is simple and clean, the staff is very friendly, we have a baby staff thoughtfully arranged two adjacent rooms for us, this is our second time staying in this hotel, there are many things to eat nearby, it is not quiet at night, feel at ease
